Lethal Spells In Harry Potter Novels & Stories

I was immortal, but that didn't mean I couldn't die. When using the resurrection spell and incantation, one had to be very careful. Any mistake resulted in instant death, be it immortal or not. The price of learning the dark spells back then was my family; this time, I was careful because I knew if I were to continue, another price would be needed. He moved his hand to my cheek and smiled sadly. I knew there was nothing I could do to make it better for him, yet I was ready to at least make him feel a little relieved.

The Protection Spell focused on defense, while the Golden Spell and Evil-repelling Spell were used primarily for attack. Since Harvey had broken the rules and used dark arts to boost his power, Woody had no qualms about using his own way to defeat him. Before Harvey could even reach the golden light barrier, he was hit by a powerful force. Bang! With a dull thud, his massive body was hurled into the air.

Mom walked in with Mictlan and I was really happy to see them. She had officially moved with him to the underworld and we would rarely see them anymore. Her hand was on my shoulder, comforting me as we started interrogating him. “What powers have he taught her?” I asked, curiously. He stayed silent, looking at the wall. “He taught her to make the enemies bleed without touching them,” he replied. That was one of the most dangerous and darkest spells you can cast on someone. He was well on his way to teach her the dark ways. I had to make sure she didn’t practice it. Draven also told me she learned the deathly spell, a spell that can kill you in an instant and you wouldn’t even notice.

“You're asking for the same fate as your sister!” Kalazar’s dark gaze locked onto Sylvia now, and he stepped forward, his lips curling into a sickening smile. “I was merciful with your sister,” he hissed, venom dripping from every word. “But for you… I will make no such promises.” With a chilling calmness, Kalazar raised his hand once more, dark tendrils of magic swirling around him as he began to chant the deadly incantation. My heart stopped, dread clawing at my chest as I realized what he was doing. He was casting a killing spell.

Sean and he rushed to Lilith’s side. Sean’s hand hovered over Lilith’s neck, and his eyes widened with disbelief. “She’s dead,” he said, his voice filled with confusion and bewilderment, mirroring everyone’s sentiments. Kat was searching for something on the ground. “Shit,” she murmured as she picked up a broken vial on the ground. “She used the Crimson Cessation. A death spell used by many ancient witches. It is like a self-destructed button. But it requires a powerful host and a lineage.” She told the last words to herself rather than everyone.

So the first spell that would be better to use is, “Locomotor Mortis!” A leg binding spell. The dummy fell on its feet but stood up once again after cancelling the spell. This is what’s scary in the tester dummies, though their levels aren’t that high, they chant non-verbal spells which makes the fight difficult. I was taken aback when my legs were also suddenly in bind. Looks like it threw the spell back at me.

He laughed and began waving his wand in his hand, casting a spell that I had no doubt was destructive enough to kill the boys. I fidgeted on my legs, torn between my desire to run to them and knowing that I couldn't help them. If the dark wizard was casting a spell that was strong enough to kill the wolves, I wouldn't stand a chance if I got in his path. I would be gone in an instant.

Approaching her own wand to the bone white one slowly and touching tips, she intones the reversing spell. "Prior Incantato." Moving away her own wand, the bone white wand starts to spill ghostly like forms representing the spells previously casted with it. The wizards around watch it with trepidation in their hearths while the ghostly smoke takes shape. "T-Two torture curses, followed by three k-killing curses." The wizards in the room had somber looks at the revelation, like they were remembering and imagining the horrors that the wand caused. The atmosphere in the room was turning more and more depressive, until it was broken.

I turn to see Ketura angrily pointing her wand towards me. Fleetly I advance towards her, raising my hand in the air "Mecaz Telus oblim feztor Kara e!" A ball of fire suddenly erupts from my fingers, hitting Ketura. She crumples to the ground, blacking out instantly.

He wouldn’t hear any of this, and he probably wouldn’t believe it when Ian told him. Fine. No more Little Orphan Annie. “Go ahead, kill me,” I drawled, looking back up to meet Ian’s furious gaze. “If you want to watch your brother die too.” Ian and Nate stared at me for a second. “I call bullshit,” Nate said, although he didn’t sound as confident as he clearly wanted to. “Spells die with the caster.” “Sometimes they do.” I shrugged. “When the caster’s not very skilled. I mean, I’m sure your spells wouldn’t last if someone did the world a favor and lit you on fire.”
