She's frowning like someone just stepped on her very last nerves. “I asked a question. Who is Rhea among you girls?” She roars at the top of voice. My heart drops in my stomach as though she’s asking for me. A Lycan girl asking for a Harem werewolf girl in that manner doesn’t sound like a good thing. A group of girls point to Rhea who's sitting alone at a table that's not very far from ours. The Lycan girl, who seems to be a rich mean girl like Alina, marches towards Rhea with a scowl on her face.

We did not share abilities or interbreed; our kinds were mortal enemies. As a couple, Ciara and I seemed to defy every natural rule we were raised with. There had to be more explanation to our tale, a reason for this oddity. Ciara stood beside me, watching me with caution as I dug out shallow graves and tossed each corpse into it.
