Healing with the monster

Healing with the monster

He didn't say a word, but he put his hand on the headboard of the bed—a silent promise. "Is the monster gone?" Leo asked, looking at Silas. Silas looked at me, then down at our son. "The monsters are in cages now, Leo. And we’re the ones with the keys.

anymore. I hated that doll Ophelia gave me. I cut it to pieces. But she didn't get mad. She just smiled and pulled out a remote. With a light press of a button, I started vomiting violently, my whole body shaking. Ophelia looked pleased with herself. "See what I can do now? I can make you throw up whenever I want. You killed our dad, and then you pretended to be some genius to steal Mom's love. This is exactly what you deserve."

The HIDDENS

The HIDDENS

“Maybe we’re looking in the wrong place. There has to be something—there’s always something.” A soft clearing of the throat startled us, and we turned to see the librarian standing nearby. He was an older man, his gray hair neatly combed, and his sharp eyes glinted with curiosity. “Luna,” he said, bowing slightly. “How can I assist you?” Fatima exchanged a glance with me before answering. “We’re looking for information about... creatures. Something that might explain what’s happening in the woods. Deformed humans, maybe monsters.” The librarian hummed thoughtfully, his fingers stroking his beard. “Perhaps you’re searching in the wrong direction,” he said after a moment.

Living With My Lady Boss

Living With My Lady Boss

He unlocked the metal door, then he turned to look at Tina and said, "Wait here for a while. I'll be done soon." He entered B5 and glanced around. All the test tubes were broken as he expected. Five strange monsters stood there, behind them was that ant-man that sat on a chair. The monsters turned around to look at Wilbur. They were all kneeling on one foot, obeying the orders of the ant-man. The ant-man made some strange noises as if it were giving out instructions. Soon, the monsters stood, and they all walked toward Wilbur. The leading monster grabbed something in mid-air. A spear instantly appeared in its hand. Meanwhile, the monsters pulled out their weapons. Wilbur could sense the weir

Alpha Killian's Human Mate

Alpha Killian's Human Mate

"She spends her whole day here. She knows every single book here and what it contains. Just tell her the name of whatever you want to find or describe it. She has read about every single creature or event that appears in this book. So feel free to ask her." "Hi," the little girl waged with a nonchalant expression on her face. She walked in and we followed her, the mother witch returning to duty. We spent over three hours in the library, searching for related documents with Nonali. She was quite what their mother witch had said of her. After I had described the monster I encountered, she was able to find over seven similar creatures but none of them was exactly what I felt that creature was."

Iridian

She’d adore the wide array of books here, though I don’t think she’d like the constant threat of danger. The Librarian’s that roamed the restricted section were just another facet of dark magic. Their limbs were humanoid, but longer and skinnier than normal. Their heads held actual hair, but that only served to make them more horrifying. Greasy hair hanging low, past sunken faces with gaping, contorted mouths. A sickening crunch sounded, followed by small snaps and cracks. Every time this creature moved, it’s bones grinded and clattered together.

Such a well written book and the story really drags you in, I’ve enjoyed reading this so much and hope a sequel comes out. I really feel this book should be printed, I’d read it over and over again. The book is long but it’s well worth it.

The author has a fantastic ability to keep me on the edge of my seat and a great ability to describe the scenery around the characters. I find the characters to be mostly well defined and consistent throughout the book. There are some typos and incorrect grammar, but not enough to disturb me complet

Blood moon's curse

Blood moon's curse

“But this one isn’t just for us.” “What do you mean?” Kael asked, his grip tightening on his sword. Lucian’s gaze darkened. “Something is coming.” As if on cue, the growling grew louder, and shadows began to coalesce at the edges of the chamber. They took on twisted, grotesque shapes—half-human, half-beast—with glowing red eyes that seemed to pierce through the air. Kael cursed under his breath. “Fantastic. Just what we needed—monsters.” Lucian’s voice was calm, but his posture was tense, his hand on the hilt of his blade. “They’re manifestations of the monastery. It’s testing our unity, our ability to fight as one.”

Nightmare Land

Nightmare Land

I CHECKED OVER THE list that Auth had given me of this week's tasks, making sure I had done all of them. I had just finished returning a monster to its book after it had escaped. Usually, something like that wouldn’t be my priority; however, the monster had somehow managed to get into another book. It had caused some damage to the book and nearly killed one of the main characters while it was there. Having failed to find the monster before it was seen, it was now in the book. It was a good thing I wasn’t seen, otherwise Auth couldn’t have written it off since I don’t exactly fit the theme of the book.

THE ALPHA'S REPLACEMENT MATE: UNWANTED LUNA HAS A SON

THE ALPHA'S REPLACEMENT MATE: UNWANTED LUNA HAS A SON

She was Alaric’s nanny, according to Elder Cadel, and a trustworthy friend of his. ‘’These are the books you requested, Miss Monroe.’’ The librarian places a stack of thick books on the table I was unpacking my laptop and some documents. ‘’Thank you.’’ I smile gratefully as she leaves me alone. ‘I wonder if they’ll be a bit different from the ones I read in the past.’ I take the topmost book on the stack and caress the cover with a sophisticated yet ancient impression. I have always had an interest in reading books, especially the history of werewolves and humans.

A promising story but an incomplete one. The ending is just a sharp cut off there's no real conclusion to the storyline nothing is resolved or answered if the author is serious about writing then they need to revise this and wrap everything up until then this is just a huge waste of time and talent

Selena has her heat and Jared didn't disrespect her by taking her without her consent no tricks. I wish for Jared to become the Alpha he can be with Selena by his side being the strong Luna that rightfully she should be over the pack. Lucian and his father should still have a relationship.
