A SISTER’S REVENGE

A SISTER’S REVENGE

"This is a restricted area." "And yet here you are.” Caleb laughed. It was a nervous sound, high and quick. "We're not in it. We were just... leaving." "At 9 AM on a Saturday?" "The basement is quiet. Good for studying." He shrugged. "No distractions." I looked at the textbooks in their hands. Advanced Biochemistry. Molecular Genetics. Journal of Forensic Sciences. "Why would you be studying in a restricted lab with a key card and a code you're not supposed to have?"

I'm a Prostitute, Not a Substitute

I'm a Prostitute, Not a Substitute

It was a tiring day for Vivian, both mentally and physically. When she returned to Dahl's mansion after class, it was almost time for dinner. Turns out college was tiring. Or maybe it was just because it had been a while since Vivian had actually studied in a classroom? And it turned out that studying psychology was also not easy. Most of the professors on campus were old, and for some reason, Vivian couldn't understand the lectures easily even though she was sure she wasn't stupid.

Leesa's Advent

Leesa's Advent

Finals were way worse than midterms, Leesa quickly discovered. Not only was there twice as much material to study and remember, but the exams counted as a much bigger portion of the final grade, making the pressure that much greater. Everyone in the dorm was feeling it—everyone but Stacie, that was. Stacie was a brainiac who never studied past eleven o’clock and still got nothing but A’s. She was always smiling and energetic, when glassy stares and dragging gaits had become the norm.

SCHOLAR

SCHOLAR

Annie Chan
It was just James. She turned her back. She saw a seat nearby, hiding under a small circular desk. She walked towards it. Lily pulled the seat out and sat on it. She saw the other scholars sitting on the chairs as similar as hers. The desks were in a circular pattern which make them face each other. In the middle was a hole, a space that James can stand on and discuss whatever should we study. She watched James walk to the hole. He stood there with confidence, like what leaders need. With him was a textbook between his right armpit. He hacked while his two hands rested next to his legs.

His father’s obsession with me

His father’s obsession with me

Aurora’s POV Things were changing, slowly but unmistakably, like cracks spreading across a frozen lake. Exams had taken over Ridgewood Academy like a relentless storm. The campus buzzed with anxious energy—students huddled in the library until closing, coffee cups littering every table, and whispered discussions about past papers and essay structures filling the air. I threw myself into the chaos with almost punishing dedication. Notebooks filled with meticulous notes, practice tests completed late into the night, and group review sessions that left me mentally drained but physically present. It was easier this way. Studying gave me a purpose that didn’t involve confronting the mess I had ma

Tutoring The Bad Boy

Tutoring The Bad Boy

“You know, the fun side of studying “. Haven snorted loudly. “Keep lying to yourself, nerd. There’s no fun side of studying “. “There actually is if you’ll just give it a try “. She said trying to convince him. “Come on, just let show you how college actually works “. “The partying, frats, ladies ...?”. “No. The studying, passing of tests, and high cgpa points “. She corrected him. Haven sighed softly. “So how are you going to do this ? You are going to start tutoring me again, aren’t you ?”. “Um”. Ariel shrugged. “You’ve expressed it a lot that you don’t like me tutoring you so maybe I won’t try that “.

Trapped in the Storm

Trapped in the Storm

I found I had peace of mind knowing she was okay, and I am sure she felt the same way. The girls and I had been spending a lot of time together outside of classes, and it surprised me at how well we were all getting along. The four of us were all studying subjects in the medical field, but we had no classes together. Leah was studying to become a midwife. Lilly was studying psychology and Julie was studying to become a physical therapist. They were incredibly smart girls, and I just knew they were all going to excel in their chosen fields.

Loved this book! Wonderful suspense not knowing which way things were turning at times. Only thing I didn't like at times were the POV chapters you pay for that repeated everything from the previous chapter with a couple added thoughts, but some chapters being below the normal price made up for it.

This is truly one of the greatest stories. No gratuitous sex scenes which is s fantastic thing. You are getting to know the characters and their is a plot. You have even left things open to continue on to another book! I hope this continues!

Ordained by the moon goddess

Ordained by the moon goddess

She finished. “I’m in, but I do not want to study, studying is boring and now that I think about it you can’t spell studying without dying so in my opinion studying is suicidal and in my defense, I don’t wanna die.” Camden finished as Valerie and Maeve stared at him speechless. “But,” Valerie said, placing her hand on her chin in a way that makes her appear like she was thinking, “Now that I think about it, Camden is actually right. You really can’t spell studying without dying.” Valerie agreed before laughing hysterically.

Pinky Promise

Pinky Promise

Jean: “No problem. Good you messaged me today. What are your plans for the day?” Marie: “Nothing much. I studied a little, and I think that is what I am going to do.” Jean: “Take a break! Your holidays have just started. Stop studying.” Marie: “Studying is my favorite hobby. Taking a break from it is not possible.” Jean: “How can studying be a hobby?” Marie: “The same way playing basketball can be a hobby.” Jean: “Oh please! Playing is very different from studying.” Marie: “If you say so. Haha. What will you do today?”

So with sigh, and perhaps, with my bribe in mind, he would continue explaining. It took us a while to move on to another subject because the girls were indeed very eager to actually learn. I thought when someone says study group, it’s just a lame excuse to chat and hang-out after school. But they actually study. It must be because our finals are in a month and the college entrance exams are nearing too. They even argued about what to study first in Math. I remember Catherine had a hard time in Standard Deviation and Variance, so I suggested that. “Let’s review inductive and deductive reasoning first.” Lisa presented.

I'm so inlove with this book. It's like a work of art. I'm inlove with the way you put up words and the story is also so unique--not the typical teen romance drama. I'm looking forward to what happens next??
