Rick's POV It was Amanda's birthday, I had always tried my best to make it fun in the past. These days we hardly talk, she does not want to see me anywhere around her. On my way to her, I stopped by a bakery. She loved red velvet and chocolate cakes. I got a box of each flavor for her. I was happy driving down to her.

I suggested making Alfeo chuckle. “So you are the kind of person who goes directly for the desserts first?” he mused making me blush, “Well sounds good to me.” Parting for a few minutes we both searched for what we thought would be tasty and bringing back my choice I handed it to him. “You went with a red velvet cake?” I asked laughing at the basic choice he had made. “It’s an all-time classic, plus my chances of winning increases with this,” he said and laughing I agreed. “Alright I’ll have mine after you taste yours, so give it a try.” I told him waiting for him to taste the cake that I had chosen for him.

A small seating area featured pastel-colored chairs and tables just the right height for kids, with plush cushions shaped like clouds and stars. Zoe’s eyes widened as she took in the flavors: Vanilla Bean, Chocolate Truffle, Strawberry Swirl, Salted Caramel, Cookies & Cream, Cotton Candy, Bubblegum Blast, Rainbow Sherbet, Birthday Cake, S’mores Delight, Honey Lavender, Mango Passionfruit, Blueberry Cheesecake, Peanut Butter Swirl, Choco Mint Crunch. "Which one should I pick first?" Zoe asked, pointing at the bright rainbow sherbet. "Hmm… maybe everything?" Bella suggested as her eyes sparkled. "I want Rainbow, Cotton Candy, and Birthday Cake!"
