Lila sneered as she pulled a dagger from its holster at her side and gestured at me with it. "Don't do this, Lila. If you kill me, Marcus will never forgive you." Lila laughed, tilting her head back as she shook with laughter. "Ah, you're too funny. Perhaps you should have been a comedian instead of Marcus's Luna." she said as she wiped a tear away from the corner of her eye and sneered down at me once more, the hatred burning in her eyes, "I am Marcus's fated mate, not you. Everything that you had, now belongs to me."

The faint smile she wore vanished, and her eyes filled again, overflowing before she could blink them back. “I don’t know your past,” Lila began, her voice shaking as tears streamed freely down her cheeks, “but trust me you’re the coolest person ever.” Her words came out in a rush, broken by the sound of her own sobs. “Your reputation might be dangerous, and maybe you’ve done a lot of bad things in the past, but to me, you’re the coolest.”

TYLA'S POV “Aurelius may be your second chance mate.” Lilian said as I suddenly burst into laughter. “Why are you laughing Tyla,what is funny??” Lilian asked as I stopped laughing. “Aurelius?
