"Are you okay?" The White Lion helped his friend back to his feet. He provided energy support for Black Tiger to recover. "We must attack him together. It will be very difficult to attack him alone. Are you ready for that tactic?" Black Tiger stood back up. He signaled to the White Lion. "I understand. I am ready." The White Lion exhaled. He closed his eyes and began to concentrate his energy. A stream of pale white energy enveloped his body. As smooth as smoke, the energy slowly formed an elephant ivory-colored armor.

It has a lot more security though. "We have to be super careful," I say as I walk next to Lion, my heart pumping like crazy. But in a good way. I kinda do want to do this, just to say I did it. "Do not worry even a little hair in this pretty head, okay?" he says and wraps an arm around my shoulders without a care in the world. Thankfully, he's not gotten all stinky again, "I'm an athlete, always have been. If I've managed to run away from literal werewolves, you think these lame humans have a chance to catch me?"

LAUREN'S POV The message that I had just received from one of our warriors on duty left me in a state of disbelief. "I've just received a mind link from one of our warriors on duty," he said. "Luna we've captured a group of wolves trying to break into our pack territory." As soon as the warrior passed me the message through the mind link, I knew I had to act fast. The safety of our pack and the other packs under the wings of the snow moon pack was my top priority, and I couldn't let any outsider threaten it.

She lost another childhood friend on the same dark night! Harvey growled again, sending shivers into the brown wolves' bodies as they retreated. Alpha Harvey looked as graceful as a goddess. He was huge, with rare navy fur, and sparkling blue eyes. And like the natural king he is, he scared them to death then reassured them, “I will not print the Luna. Yet I will not allow any wolf to print her, unless he is the one she chooses. He, who dares to ignore this order, will meet a horrible death. Take the body of your friend. He is still alive. But I can’t tell how long till he stops.” Instinctively, the wolves bowed to the Royal Blue Alpha and executed his order.

The piece in question features a lion, identifiable only by its spiky mane, standing next to a dinosaur, identifiable only by its long neck. The two wonky creatures are standing on a strip of green, beneath a strip of blue. A yellow semicircle—the sun, I assume—hangs above them. "It's Trevor and Dino," Brandon explains. "This is one of their adventures. It's from my story last night." It's hard to say what scene in particular Brandon's painting depicts, but I'm not about to tell him that. Instead, I smile and say, "What a brilliant composition. You're a very good artist."

Yes, I will be your Luna.” A few seconds had barely passed after I agreed when the door opened and a tall, lanky man with shrewd eyes and shaggy hair confidently strolled in, stopping short when he spotted me and the Lycan King.

In the unknown forest where the Goddess deposited her offspring, Lycans are coming together to form the first Lycan colony. The artist did a shit job with this part too. Both the Lycans' eyes are on one side of their heads, they have teeth that are way too big for their mouths, limbs that are either too long or too short, and scraggly hair sprouting from their hands and feet. One of the Lycans has what I suppose is a crown on his head, but it looks more like a headpiece made out of twigs and leaves. Without giving anything away, I start to look around while Thaddeus asks me questions about the painting. I answer them without thinking. We’re just putting on a show for whomever’s watching us.

Xue Ruo only responded with a smile because they had arrived at the Sect Arena. In the center of the arena, there was a red lion with a fiery mane and tail, coupled with charming red wings. This lion was like the opposite of Xue Ruo's Snow Lion, but it was about 5 meters tall or so, while the Snow Lion was only 3 meters tall. This lion was a Winged-Flame Lion, a Level 5 Demonic Beast. Xue Ruo immediately jumped onto the Winged-Flame Lion's back, followed by the five people behind him. After which, the Winged-Flame Lion spread its red wings and flew at a slowly increasing speed.

"Holy motherfucking fucker," Cronus froze as he stepped in through the door with Beloca and saw the sight behind those silver, metal bars. "What the fuck," Beloca watched, fascinated, "A lion. I've never seen a lion that big in my entire life." "A cougar, you dumbass. The King-Cougar..." Cronus whispered its name as if he was scared that the animal would wake if he called too loud. He almost choked on his fear.

He grabbed Elizabeth by the waist and lifted her, they looked like a couple who were newly wed. The sound of animal screams could be heard from where all the dust was building up. It continued to grow louder as the shaking got stronger. Without hesitation Lyon forced a large quantity of mana to his feet. The compressed mana boosted his jump allowing him to reach the highest branch of the tree right next to them. He stood tall, watching a horde of various animals running. Upon closer inspection, it was pretty suspicious why they were running, since even the jaguars and bears were breaking sweat trying to outrun the rest.
