We reached Sapphire Lake and Zion was walking behind the waterfall, quietly stalking behind it while he sniffed the air. I spotted the lion before Zion did and before Father could stop me, I ran towards the lion. Zion noticed me and to my surprise, he did not move an inch from where he stood. I jumped on the lion’s back as it was still staring at Zion. “Mia!” Father angrily yelled at me, and I briefly looked over at him before I went back to wrestling the lion beneath me. Somehow the lion managed to get on top of me and as it was about to bite into my neck I swiped my claws under its belly, catching it off guard. "What lion?" "There!" I pointed at its direction,without even turning to see if she'd seen it or not. It clearly wasn't looking like a creature anybody could have ignored. Even though it wasn't monstrously huge,it was just like any other lion. Except this beauty was black. I always had a soft spot for lions,as I believed they were my spirit animal. Everybody was always drawn to at least an animal,and mine was the king of the jungle. Thud! "No!" I sprinted towards the already injured lion.

The werelion's eyes blazed with defiance. Malik's jaw tightened as he tried to maintain his composure. He could feel muscles tense up, ready to spring into action if needed. And as the werelion bounced to the ground, Malik soon heard a rustle in the bushes, and two more massive werelions emerged from the shadows, each one even larger and more imposing than the last. Tigers more than three to four meters long, golden-maned lions with coats of copper-brown fur, giant apes the size of a hill, and several Tibetan Mastiffs that make the lions look like stunted cats loomed conspicuously amongst the wild horde of beasts.

So, stop scaring me with your loud voice,” it said as it moved its huge front paw at her as if pointing at her.

Laura asked as she prepared Leo for the stroll. “Lions are known to be kings of the jungle, am I correct? That means lions are of royalty, class.
