Damn the man for always seeming to know the right things to say. When we get to our stopping point, I pull up the information the Tech Team gave me on Christer’s pack. It has a drawing around the area of the pack lands and marks other areas where there could be access points or barriers to entry. Warren, Henry, Connor, and I review the area and decide where our warriors will go, spreading out around the pack in case we have to attack. The four of us will remain together, approaching from the front of the pack to face Christer head on.

Every so often, we drive past a small strip of shops. When we pull up to the packhouse, Kiana gives us a cocky smirk. It's just as large as the Abregon packhouse, but somehow grander. The pack has made sure the gardens are maintained and everything is trimmed and cared for. The SUVs line up outside on the loose, gravelled road. Stones crunch under the wheels and the Wolves gather with excited murmurs. Kennedy is the first to step out. The Wolves around him yip loudly to greet him and promptly bow their heads. He does too and smiles widely at them all after he straightens his neck. Eamonn scrambles along the gravel and clumsily launches himself at his dad.
