I shifted carefully, trying not to wake him and of course, right then, a dramatic groan broke through the air. “Oh my God,” Eli moaned from the other couch. “Why do I feel like I got hit by a glitter truck?” “Because you ate three bags of gummy worms and used me as a pillow,” Ty mumbled, voice raspy with sleep. “You’re warm,” Eli muttered before flopping over again. Beside me, Aiden stirred. A deep sigh escaped his lips as he slowly opened his eyes. Sleepy. Warm. And somehow still hot. “Morning,” he mumbled, voice thick with sleep.

I said, brushing away strands of hair from my face. "Nightmares do not make wolves sound like they're dying. This…sounded as though you were fighting for your life. Tell me, what was it?" His expression stiffened as his brows pulled into a frown. I looked at him, but the look in his eyes told me he would not let this go. I sighed and shifted against the bed while he settled beside me. "Would you believe me if I told you some nightmares are memories?” Dominic's brows knitted together in confusion.

I pushed it open silently and entered. It was everything I had expected. The exact opposite of my room. The themes here were black and grey. Black furniture, grey walls, grey and white beddings. The air conditioning was off, but it was so damn cold in here, the air so tight I could hardly breathe. Or it was just the fact that I knew my presence here was wrong. It was much bigger than my room, obviously. And I liked it. I was someone who suffered from nightmares, but paradoxically, the darkness here, was calming.

*Timeline: April 19th, 2022. 6:00 AM. Malibu Beach House.* *[SFX: SILENCE. THEN LAUGHING. THEN 2 WEEKS. THEN US.]* *6:00 AM. [SFX: MONITOR. THEN GIGGLE. THEN NOT ALONE.]* No alarm. No 2 AM. No barking. 6:00 AM. Nursery monitor. _Static. Then giggling._ Two voices.

My Nightmare Natty's POV It was morning already and last night was a long night. I never knew he was that insatiable.I lot count as to how many times we did it. Thinking about it, I smiled. I looked over to him and smiled more. He was still sleeping like a baby. I tried standing up but I felt pain in my thighs. I tried again but I just groaned. My groaning woke him up,he was baffled and asked. "Baby are you alright..."he asked in a husky voice.

I yelled at the system in my mind. After a long while, the cold voice finally responded, "Do not worry, Player. System bugs will not affect real life. You will only return to the game world in your dreams." I mulled over its words. "Are you saying that there's a bug, but you're not going to fix it?" The system went silent. Inhaling deeply, I swallowed the urge to curse and pushed the classroom door. The ghosts were quietly going about their own stuff in the classroom until they saw me and froze on the spot.

Maliyah As usual I wake up before dawn from my nightmare, but at least the screaming has stopped. I hate waking others up over a nightmare. It’s really cruel to have to relive my sister’s death over and over for the past six years. The only time I can get a good nights rest is if I have Dimitri spell me to sleep, but he said it’s not good for the mind to not heal from it’s trauma so he doesn’t do it often.
