And the stranger who had stayed was standing beside him in the kitchen in the October evening, cooking dinner in the warm ordinary extraordinary inhabited life that they had chosen and were choosing and would continue to choose, one attended day at a time. The stranger’s voice came low and rough in his ear. “You’re safe with me now. Just breathe.” But Eli didn’t feel safe. The darkness pressed down on him like a living thing, thick and suffocating. His childhood terror roared back to life, freezing his muscles even as his mind screamed at him to fight. “No!” Eli gasped, pushing hard against the stranger’s chest. “Let me go! Cove! Cove, where are you?” The stranger’s arms tightened around him, dragging him backward through the chaos. Gunfire cracked through the black ballroom. People shouted and screamed. Tables overturned with loud crashes. Glass shattered somewhere nearby.

The stranger repeated and I nod "Yes, Ma.Coco" I didn't know where to take the stranger so i decided on my room, We walked into my room together and Cripsy was still following us about, The stranger sits on my bed and looks at me "What's your name?" The stranger asked and i smiled "Aurora!" i say and he pronounced it again "Aurora!, it fits you well" I tried to remember the name the stranger gave to me "Elysian!" I say and the stranger smiled

I asked, trying to distance myself from this mysterious stranger. He chuckled, “Your name is not the only thing I know about you, Henry.
