A huge number of household staff were live-in, so the place did not feel deserted. Maddie knew that Kaden and Everly would be back today. Thinking their first stop was the estate, she instructed the kitchen to pull off a feast for lunch. Her side of the family and best friends came by as well. Since Everly was back, she wanted to spend a lovely get-together with everyone. After lunch, Maddie could sit down for a game of cards with family and friends.
