Unfortunately, Logan still believed that his status and prestige were above tasks like these, despite the favorable impression Dorothea had left on him. The fleeting interest disappeared from his eyes as he stood, prepared to assume his position. "My answer is no. You may leave now." It was at that moment a picture fell out of Dorothea's handbag, landing on Logan's lap. He picked it up and glanced at it for a brief moment. The girl in the picture resembled a porcelain doll—adorable and radiating cheerfulness like sunshine.

It was a testament to his unwavering dedication to all aspects of his physical fitness. One of the most striking features on Logan's left arm was the anchor tattoo, a symbol known to represent strength and stability, perhaps even serving as a connection to his time in the marine. Yet, what made this tattoo particularly intriguing was an unexpected addition. Just below the anchor, a smaller, seemingly incongruous tattoo came into view. This tattoo was a depiction of a little girl holding a toy, a charming but puzzling image etched onto his skin.
