It was strawberry-flavored. It was pink, and it looked sweet. However, the top of the lollipop was shaped like a collar. I stared at it. My brain completely shut down. Leave it to my son to simplify the mess I’ve made with his mother into a straightforward solution. “All right, buddy,” I say, glancing at him in the mirror. “How about we make one last stop before we go home?” Liam’s face lights up. “Yay! Let’s get the biggest bunch of flowers and the yummiest chocolate ever!” I chuckle, turning the car toward the nearest flower shop. “Biggest bunch and yummiest chocolate it is.” We pull up to the flower shop, and Liam practically skips beside me as we head inside. Gazing at her deeply, Malcolm picked up a lollipop, unpacked it, and then handed it to Marilyn. His warm gesture made Marilyn smile. "Thank you, Mr. Lowe! I always feel that the strawberry-flavored lollipops are particularly sweet and have a taste of happiness." Malcolm was shocked by her words! The sweet voice of a girl crossed his mind. "Do you have more? One lollipop is not enough for me." She asked shamelessly. Theodore stifles a smile. He waved his hand and a bag of lollipops appeared on Soheila's lap. Soheila's eyes widened. Her eyes shone brightly and smiled at Theodore.

The smile on her face disappeared the moment she saw him. “Mrs. Xander, I’m here to take Xena home.” He held out the gift bags with a calm face. From what he knew of Xena, she would not have told her family about Moon. His hand remained suspended in midair. Lizzy did not take the gifts. Her face turned cold, and the atmosphere grew tense. Julian tightened his grip on the bags. Xena’s father, Lucas Xander, appeared behind Lizzy with their grandchild in his arms. He looked at Julian sternly. “Come in.”
