* I came out of my memory with a tear rolling down my cheek, I quickly wiped it away. I was sitting in my desk chair because of course I'm at the club. I looked at my phone one more time, looking at my little roses profile. I made a promise to her right then and now, I will protect you this I can promise. Knowing how close she is to my club which has cameras all over it, I watched them very closely to make sure she was not harmed by the man that killed my dad.

Walking near one of the tables with the cast irons I see some herbs and various plants that I recall seeing in one of the books I've read. And in the table without the cast irons, I see it. A vase and some gloves. A vase that had a plant with rounded leaves and lobed segments of purple helmet shaped flowers. "Aconitum napellus. It's usually called Wolfsbane." Silas says behind me. I stare at it entranced. Who knew something so beautiful can be so deadly? Every part of Wolfsbane is poisonous, from its stem, leaves, and flowers. It has to be grown separate from other plants, accidentally touching it or even ingesting edible plants that might have been too near it will cause death.

She didn’t have any other ulterior motives. “I feel as though my closet is too small. I was wondering if I could have someone come in and make my closet bigger. “Sorry, I’m a bit out of it.” She shrugged, and opening the small door in the gate. She had no umbrella with her, I’m guessing she go out in a hurry. Who wouldn’t when their cousin was standing in front of her own home gate, and staring at her house like a psycho? “Don’t apologize. Let’s get you inside before you catch a cold.” I nod, following her through the door. The walkway is just like I remember, on each side are prize winning roses. Of different colors. Huh? When do black roses exist? I took a small detour from following Alexis, bending over a patch of those strange black roses.
