"Please have some candy." The adorable little girl handed Bradley a lollipop and said, "Mommy says, if life is too bitter, you can add some sugar!" Seeing that Bradley did not open the wrapper, the girl asked curiously, "You don't like mango flavor? I also have orange, strawberry, and watermelon flavors, Mister." Bradley looked at the pink rabbit-shaped lollipop in his hand and said softly, "Thank you, I really like it. Little one, do you have any wishes?"

Although she was exhausted, the light in her eyes shone like stars. I was captivated by the starlight in that girl's eyes. I watched her put her headpiece back on, then continued interacting with passing customers. As the mall was about to close, she suddenly walked up to me and gave me a lollipop. I took it anyway, and instinctively peeled away the brightly colored wrapper. The weather was hot, so the lollipop had melted a little, yet it still had the usual cheap taste as it hit my tongue. It was cloyingly sweet, yet strangely intoxicating.

I say with a laugh, peeling open one of the lollipops and popping it into my mouth, moaning as the sharp flavor hits my tongue. He stares at me wide eyed and I know he wants to tell me about opening products before paying for them, and I roll my eyes, “Relax, I will pay for it when we get to the count…” I don’t get everything out when his mouth meets mine, his tongue scours the inside of my mouth, and snatching my lollipop, and by the time I blinked, he was standing away from me, my lollipop in his mouth. “I see why you like it.” he nods, strolling away, while I stand there with weak knees and a thrashing heart.
