Being sold To The Highest Bidder

Being sold To The Highest Bidder

Its majestic spires and grand structures suggested a civilization long forgotten. The old sailor, gripping the ship's wheel tightly, turned to us with grave concern. "This hasn't been seen for centuries. It's the Lost City of Meranthia, and its appearance bodes ill for those above the water's surface." Before we could react, a colossal water spout erupted from the sea, spiraling skywards, its core revealing a portal of swirling colors and unknown depths. Seraphina's eyes widened in recognition. "It's another gateway... just like the temple."

Nothing about their company felt familiar at the time, but they are gone now and there is no reason to dwell on the strange and mysterious.

Lost in the Forest of Clouds

Lost in the Forest of Clouds

Serene froze, the memory resurfacing with stark clarity. Back then, they had made a game of it. She and her friends tied the ring securely to a fishing line and cast it into the sea, promising that whoever brought a date willing to retrieve it would win the prime piece of land in the city’s north end. Despite their teasing, no one dared jump into the icy waters—except Allen. With a calm expression, he asked the group if the bet was genuine. The Lost Royal

I continued, trying to keep the worry from my voice. "Only sometimes?" Laila asked, seeming confused, and looking to the elder women for explanation, but they both stared at each other in a look of deep concern. "You had her?" Elyanna asked, "Has she resurfaced at all since Reagan? Did she seem wounded? Was she.." she continued, voicing the fears that been bothering me, yet she stopped as Mathilde came closer, placing a hand on her arm, clearly having concerns of her own. "Her name is Ceridwen?" Mathilde asked breathlessly, sounding shocked. Elyanna's eyes widened immediately, the colour draining from her stunned face, showing far more emotion that I'd seen from either of the elder women sin

I continued staring at her with a dubious expression. “But now, we have bigger problems. The Titans in hiding are planning a war on Olympians, and they are trying to release Cronus from Tartarus. If that happens, everything we Olympians built will be lost! And the entire race of humans you seem to love would also be eradicated simply because they worship us!” she said with urgency. I didn’t comprehend anything she said, and it all felt like gibberish to me. I kept a blank expression on my face as I stared at her.

SATOU, D.
This is interesting. I gave it 10. Because I like the story. Even I'm not into female lead yet I found it interesting. What is the goddess Artemis leads to? Just from reading the synopsis it tickles the surprises! Thank you for sharing this. Imma recommend this to my other friends.

Bit of a long winded read, lots of filler sentences, only at chapter 15 and already changed from a wolf to a tiger, either needs to re-edit the book and fix mistakes or remove from warewolf genre not worth the money spent so far, but will give it couple more chapters to see where it goes

The Lost Magic

The Lost Magic

the lift does not make a noise, her magic must be sound because she was sensitive to sound, she can hear the noise that other magic can’t hear. “Nothing. I just want to go outside. You can go back to sleep now. I’m sorry for disturbing you” she nodded then went back to sleep. I made my way outside and I was surprised to what I saw. There were about thirty small tents standing outside. What are these? Is someone camping here? Perhaps they are little mages from far cities who decided to take a little trip here in the capital?
