Mereka sebenarnya saling menyukai tapi Mia selalu menolak perasaan Juan. Dalam kunjungan yang kesekian kalinya, Mia bertemu dengan pelanggan tua bernama Aguirre yang selalu menganggap Mia mirip dengan kekasihnya dengan menunjukkan foto- foto sang kekasih. Mia sama sekali belum menyadari, bahwa sebenarnya pertemuan itu membawa benang merah yang panjang dengan kunjungan sang ibu dan nenek ke flatnya demi pengobatan Alzheimer nenek.
