Lucian’s P.O.V. I look around the small expanse of fresh, green grass that laid below the sun’s light, making up the park that was overflowing with families. My legs remain stretched out beneath me, a hand supporting my head as I watch with tired eyes. Following the happy families of attentive parents and cheerful children playing without a single concern for the eye to see, pain blisters through me from the sight of it. I pull my eyes away and focus them instead on my feet. I knock them together to distract myself, trying to make the knocking loud enough to drown out the laughter that echoed through my ears.

Eryx said. Lucas immediately looked up. "Is it about school?" Eryx blinked. "How did you know?" Veyra smiled. "You've been talking about it for weeks." Lucas looked excited. "I want to go." Althea quietly nodded. "I want to see the library." Eryx smiled. "The academy has one of the largest libraries in the kingdom." Lucas's eyes widened. "How many books?" Gareth laughed. "Thousands." Lucas looked delighted. "Can I read all of them?"

“Today’s first lesson. He opened the cloth book to a page with a cow and a duck, then awkwardly held it up. “This is... a cow.” Junior stared at the book for a moment, then seemed far more interested in the crinkling sound of the pages. “He’s an art critic,” Lucas said. “Be quiet.” Ethan turned to another page. “This is a duck.”

The world was filled with silence and in the middle of the corridor were two teenagers holding on to one book looking at one another. Not knowing what to do, Lila pulled the book from Lucas and continued on picking the other three books scattered on the floor. She opened her mouth to say something, to tell him to say sorry to her but she was too shy to even utter a word. Hi guys! I am done with the first part which is Lucifer's fall story. Like I said in the first author's note, this part was only to give you a head start of what was to going to happen later on. You can't skip it or else you will miss important parts of the story and you may be confused. Imagine the first twenty seven chapters as a flashback in a movie lol. The main story is about to start and we'll still get to see Lucifer again. I will be using Hebrew a lot in the story but I will leave translations below. Please also remember that parts of the things that happened in the book did not really happen in the bible, it's from my head but that doesn't mean I will stray away from the main events
