I walk over the threshold and turn to face him. “What of my uncle?” I ask curiously. “Lucien? What of him?” he seemed perplexed by my sudden interest in him. “What is his role in the demon hierarchy?” The idea of a demon hierarchy was an intriguing notion. No one knew much about the inner workings of the demon realm. Mostly because no one made it back out alive.
