Stopping in the midst of the trees, he drops his body on the floor. The ringing sound still going on, throwing the phone, he leaves. Stopping at Anais’s, he walks sits by the window, watching as she has the phone to her ear. “Stop calling.” Turning, she looks at him, Lucifer smiling. “He is gone; go back to your life without him, Anais.”

I opened my mouth to ask them however, Lucia was already standing before us. "Am I interrupting? I just came by to say a proper hello to the Alpha's concubine since I didn't do so earlier. Hello Light," her lips curved into a sinister smirk after that. "I see you've already made yourself some friends, that's great. I hope you'd also do well to participate in other activities, especially the upcoming tournament, except you're scared and weak. I wouldn't be surprised after all you're just a mere human." Lucinda's POV. I fell on the ground, attracting some attention. Darcus started running towards me, but Marcus beat him to it. He grabbed my hand, and helped me up. "Are you okay, Lucinda?" Darcus asked after I had gotten up and I was on my feet already. I didn't know what to say to that. But I slowly nodded. "You can all see, she's trying to bewitch him again." The voice came from the stage, and we all faced the witch that was still with the microphone.

My throat dries. Lucien moves between the desks now, eyes shifting, taking stock. “You’ll notice the powerless often see the clearest. They learn how to read the room. How to survive. Returns to the board. “This,” he continues, tapping the board once, “is a list of lovers.” He writes four names in quick succession: Damon Salvatore. Edward Cullen.

He is the person behind the mysterious organization who was controlling Marcus into kidnapping innocent wolves.” His voice came through my head and I was shocked at his words. “Lucien Hart?” the man asked. He fell silent as if he was trying to remember something. “Ooh, so it is you. Then I guess you should know what I am talking about, right? Has your little plaything become a pile of dry bones already?” the man asked in a taunting voice.

Lisa turned to Santiago and Luciana who at that moment was tasting her glass of wine. —Do you also want to get married here? — Luciana immediately began to cough, the wine had gone the other way when she heard the woman utter words, Santiago had also been surprised, but he did not dislike the idea, especially since he had not planned to remarry.
