Luna's Second Chance Beta Novels & Stories

It didn’t get nearly as much attention as this one, and I’d love to see it get enough reviews to show a rating on the info page. I have 2 more books planned for this series, but I’m also starting a new job that might take some extra time to learn and get in the swig of things. I’m going to try and write ahead a little before I begin publishing so that you guys never miss an update because of my crazy schedule. Serenya shifted beside me, ready to step in but I didn’t move. “Say it properly,” I said. His eyes flicked back to mine, something bolder there now. “The Luna is… unpredictable.” There it was. Not weak. Not broken. Unpredictable. Dangerous. I nodded slowly. “Anything else?” No answer. Of course not. I stepped closer. Close enough that he had to tilt his head back slightly to meet my gaze. “You think unpredictability is a weakness?” I asked. He hesitated. “Yes,” he said finally.

Lacy chastised me. “I’m going to after I’m done with payroll.” “Oh, good call. Well, I'll see you two later.” “Bye,” I told Lacy. Lacy walked from my office and Sloan took a seat again as I got back to my work. As I typed away, Sloan asked a few more questions. “I get what an Alpha, Beta, and Gamma do, but what is a Luna and what does she do?” “The Luna is the Alpha’s mate. She helps with the Alpha duties and manages the packhouse.”

“We're going to be together for the rest of our lives. Forever.“ “Lucas, I did it.“ No one was as happy as the new official Luna. There was also another couple who were over the moon, with Aria becoming the Luna. It was Beta Cole and Brielle. They hugged each other as if it were a personal victory. Beta Cole couldn't believe the fierce feeling of pride that swept through him because of the new Luna Aria. Brielle was happy she was a close confidante of the new Luna. “I'm going to be like her lady-in-waiting.“ She thought. “We're going to have so much fun.“

Brandon asked, Cameron nodded, "Then as your Alpha, I strip you of your guard status and officially appoint you as the beta to your Luna. With that being said you will be the Luna whenever she needs you. If you wish to be mine, you will have a higher chance if Jon steps down or is punished. If you are uncomfortable with this position, I can allow you to go back to being a guard." Brandon stated and looked at him.

And our 24hours plan outruled the vampire king's which took about two decades. “Garou has been restored” Beta Kai said and we all cheered. ‘The ones who lost their lives to the battle will never be forgotten’ I said through the pack link. “We still have school to attend guys” Miss Amarok told. “Wait… I have a question guys. What was Luna's transformation all about?” Beta Kai asked. “Luna Luna is a direct descendant of the Moon goddess, she has all the power of the Moon goddess, which includes extra speed, senses, strength and bite transformation, with divine healing powers. That's why she is the perfect mate for our King” Gamma answered.

I step out of the car and head over hearing her nasally voice as she shrills, "I am the Luna, treat me as such, you low life Beta." I step behind Chris, "Stacy why are you here, I told you I have a fated mate," a car pulls up behind the truck and the doors open, I frown as her sweet scent swrils in the air. I watch as Charlie walks up with Leah and Cynthia flanking her. Stacy voice screams, "I am the fucking Luna, I am carrying your pup in my womb Brad, our contract is not null and void." I see Charlie's eyes widen as she freezes in her spot. Then she turns and walks back to the car and gets inside.

It's time for a game of chess against fate itself. I made up my mind to beat Leo to her plan, starting with Alaric's mother, the current Luna. In my previous life, Leo's lies had swayed the Luna's opinion against me, favoring her instead. I must gain the Luna's favor, earning her trust and showing her the truth behind Leo's manipulations. It would be very profitable for me to have such a powerful ally on my side. I take a seat, a surge of determination coursing through me as I begin to write out my plan.
