Lycan King's Mate Novels & Stories

But as he violently pounded my pussy from behind, my mind was no longer on the man behind me. I had a new target now. The Lycan King. King Lyall was far more powerful than Kane. The very first time I laid eyes on him in the courtyard, I had been utterly conquered by the raw masculine power radiating from him. The King's cock had to be enormous, and there was no doubt he could fuck for hours. If I ever ended up in his bed, I'd probably lose my mind from the pleasure. But the physical pleasure wasn't even the most crucial part. More importantly, he was Ren’s mate. Anyone Ren liked, I would steal away!

I could not grasp what she was saying that easily. Because of all the denial in my system, I could not help but laugh. It sounded so ridiculous! How could it be true? Was the witch playing with me? "It's impossible! The great king already had Queen Axianna back then as his mate... how could he be mated with another woman once again?" That was when Nidhi proceeded with her story. "The truth that most of us didn't know until now was the fact that the last Lycan King was a “Moon Child," and it meant that he was destined to have two mates."

I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself, and turned back to the Lycan King. "Who is she?" I asked, my voice cold and menacing. The Lycan King simply smiled, a cruel twist to his lips. "She is your mate's twin sister," he said, his voice carrying a hint of amusement. "And she is my servant. She has been carrying out my orders, and she has been doing a damn good job of it too."

I scoffed at him in disbelief, "And why the hell would I care about you or your feelings? Who are you anyway?" Edyrm stepped forward, "You really don't know him?" I rolled my eyes, already feeling annoyed, "Am I supposed to know him? Just because I know you, Edyrm, doesn't mean I know everyone that exists." "He's the Lycan King, your mate." Edyrm replied. I froze and glanced at Mr Grumpy. His expression looked hopeful and almost pathetic. For some reason, it was really funny. I burst out laughing, "Are we in some TV show? This man is my mate?" I laughed even louder, "he's not even my type. Are you sure you don't have the wrong person?"

Not only was the clinking sound picked up by the Lycan King, but a silver-haired woman's shadow shot out. "Sicily!" It was true what the Lycan King mentioned that the silver-haired woman was his mate. Immediately the Lycan King turned to look at the angry woman behind him. "Honey, why did you wake up? Control that temper of yours," whispered the Lycan King Edward Slovasky. What his mate said could not bring down the Alpha female Sniders' temper. She continued to stare coldly at the beautiful woman with her implements of war. "You don't come at the right time, Miss. If you want to reckon with my mate's debt, then deal with me first!" Alpha female Sniders said with both hands on her waist.

I wasn’t sure whether I should reveal that to him, but if he’s going to kidnap me from the Lycan King, he better understand the full extent of the consequences. The most powerful creature in this kingdom will tear it apart looking for me. Lucas shakes his head sadly. “You’re not his mate, Evelyn.” Panic seizes in my chest. “What?” My wolf’s hackles rise up. That’s not right. It can’t be. “You’re my mate,” Lucas says. “The Lycan King has tricked you or something. Don’t worry, my love, we will figure it out together.” I look at Minister Coltain, wondering why Lucas would think this. It rings wrong within me and my wolf immediately.

It wasn't a nice smile. "You smell like Shadowmoon Pack," he said. "And blood. And rage." His smile widened. "Mostly rage." "Good," I said. My voice came out steady. "I plan to use it." He let out a dark laugh, a sound that should have scared me. "Do you know who I am, little wolf?" "No." "I'm Lycan King. Alpha of the Northern Territories." He took a step closer. "I've killed more wolves than you've probably met. I've destroyed packs that crossed me. People call me a monster."

Morgan stumbled backward, bowing repeatedly before fleeing through the door. Alone now, I stood frozen in the center of the room, air sawing in and out of my lungs. The walls seemed to press closer with every breath. I'd witnessed the Lycan King's fury firsthand — watched him shred anyone who dared threaten what belonged to him. And I'd just put a target on his mate. Instinct took over, animal and unthinking. I couldn't stay here another second. I needed to run, to vanish before his enforcers came crashing through that door.

They mostly cherish and care for their mates because if they lose them, they would forever be broken, but in reverse was the case in my situation; my mate wanted me dead, probably why he made me the royal food taster knowing how dangerous the job was. Sighing, I pulled myself up and was about to move when there was a sudden knock on the door. Knowing my bedmate, she wouldn’t knock before entering, so I was certain that she wasn’t the one. Lifting my brows and pushing up my lips, I masked my pains and presented a polite face as I opened the door. “Yes?” “The king requires your presence in his chamber,” delivered the lycan guard wolf who was standing before me. I could tell his identity from h
