She laughed, as the pillows flew straight through her, thwacking against the wall behind.
“Calm down,” Siobhanny smirked, “you shouldn’t get excited in your condition.” I gasped, hopping across the bed, but before I could shoot my shadows at Siobhanny, the gargoyles’ mouths opened and began to sing a disturbingly beautiful but chilling rendition of Emperess’s “I’m Going Slightly Mad.” I shivered at the Gothic grandeur of the song out of the mouths of the wolves, before twisting to Siobhanny, who was staring out of the window as if I was the only one who could
hear the song.
