Alaric stood up abruptly and clenched his fists. "I'm back..." Mabel said in a slightly accented Sea City dialect. Her long blonde hair was disheveled, and her clothes were stained with blood as she walked in, barefoot. Alaric stood there for a long time. He momentarily forgot to come forward and ask after her. "They’re not my opponents," Mabel said with a smile as her vision darkened, and she staggered. "Call a doctor!" Alaric's breathing froze a little, and he rushed over to hold her in his arms.

Mabel snarled. "I'm not yet pregnant," Danica helplessly said and turned to Paul. She was about to say something when Mabel began dishing out the food and said, "Oh, you'll see it soon. I know you are." Danica shook her head, ignored Mabel's optimism and said to Paul, "thank you." Paul nodded slightly. He understood the reason for Danica's apology. *******

Knowing that the two women needed some time alone, the two men left them alone to talk, as they were sure they wouldn’t try to murder each other. “You idiot, I waited for your call,” Mabel insulted as she moved closer to Nala and pulled her in for a hug. She was the only friend she had ever made well apart from Dorian and Christian. It felt good to find out that they were just mistaken. “I see we still have terrible families in common,” Nala joked as she hugged Mabel back. “Yeah, well I’m done with them,” Mabel stated. “He has killed my grandparents,” she told Nala who let go of her and placed her hand over her mouth.

The room fell silent, stunned by the turn of events. "Goodbye, gentlemen," she said with a seductive smirk as she walked away. "Wait, hold on!" Lucas called after her. "At least tell me your name." She paused, turning her head slightly. "Mabel West," she replied with a playful smile. "Just call me Mabel." Lucas felt a strange pull toward her. "Mabel, I thought you didn’t have the—" "Money?" she interrupted, her voice firm. "I don’t like assumptions, Mr..."

We made every effort to locate her, but it seemed as though all traces of her had mysteriously vanished from the face of the earth. But tragedy struck. Eleven months later, Mabel's life was cut short by heartbreak and loneliness. She had defied her witch sisters by becoming pregnant, leading to her banishment from their Coven. Alone and unsupported, Mabel struggled with depression and found it increasingly difficult to care for herself and the baby. Sadly, she passed away at a young age in her sleep.

Her eyes widened in surprise. “Well, don’t worry, we’ll handle it” What? We have Caroline, the Crimson pack kid, Christian, and Kayla currently residing in the alpha’s residence. How on earth are they all supposed to fend for themselves, but those two have been staring at each other for some seconds without talking now, wait…are they conversing with mind link, that only infuriated me the more. "Oh, I hate picnics," she said sadly. "Really? I had no idea. We should go somewhere else then." "No, I was just kidding," Mabel said, smiling. Armstrong heaved a sigh of relief, "That's better. I was already feeling that my efforts would be ruined."

You’re gonna be one of my bridesmaids, ‘kay?” Mabel said as they pulled away. She was clearly trying to contain her excitement, but the glow in her eyes was so noticeable. “You and Cora.” “Of course.” Arah grabbed Mabel’s hand and examined her ring closely. It looked expensive, which wasn’t surprising. After all, her boyfriend owned one of the most reputable tour agencies on the island.
