“Dinner’s ready.” Maria turned, smiling politely. “And you are…?” “Alfred,” he said with a small bow. “The Hilton’s butler, cook, and unwilling life coach.” Maria laughed. “You must be exhausted.” “You have no idea,” Alfred said dryly, then turned. “Let’s get you all served before the macaroni gets shy.” We all moved to the dining table, as Alfred served us. He served us mashed potatoes with chives, roasted chicken glazed with lemon and honey, grilled asparagus, thick slices of crusty bread to soak up with the leftover sauce, and his famous macaroni gratin, oozing with cheese.

I wanted to spend this time wisely, who knows when will I experience this again. Perhaps as long as I was still not yet done with my plan and as long as he still has feelings for me? And I don't think his feelings would fade that easily. At first, I thought he was just really up for sex, hence he told me that he liked me. But I only needed last night and this morning to figure that his intentions were pure, sadly, mine doesn't work that way. Mirna then entered holding a bowl of macaroni and cheese. She informed me that Caleb ordered her to prepare mac and cheese for me because aside from oysters, mac and cheese would be a perfect match for a classic champagne.

Wrapped it all together, sealing the edges with egg wash. One mistake here and the whole thing would fall apart in the oven. She wrapped it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to chill. At one, she started on the gratin. Thinly sliced potatoes layered with cream and cheese. It looked simple in the video but her hands were shaking so badly the slices came out uneven. The vegetables needed to be prepped. Carrots, parsnips, beets—peeled and cut into uniform pieces. At three, she started on the scallops. Removed them from their packaging. Patted them dry. They felt fragile in her hands, expensive and easy to ruin.

I'm talking cumin-crusted lamb with shallots and crushed potatoes & tuffle chicken and potato gratin. “That was delicious”, Lelo exclaimed as she finished eating and took a sip of her wine. “If it happens the two of you decide to quit your jobs to become professional chefs, don't be afraid to hit me up. I'd love to hire you as my private chefs”, she rose her glass to them, and they laughed.

"I'll be back after I'm done." He nods and lets me go. Charlotte and I make our way to the food when I gasp at the different, colorful assortment. "They all look healthy, yet so delicious," I'm drooling at this point, looking at the various dishes I can try. "They're all assortments of antipasto," Charlotte says as she picks one up. "Anti-what?" I blink. "Antipasto is Italian for appetizers," she explains. "That's a grilled tomato crostini, this is arancini with peas and mozzarella, bruschetta with pickled okra, potato and mozzarella croquettes, grilled polenta with dried cod—"

He tries his best to look apologetic, “Cheesy pasta, if that’s possible.” Carlos smiles and nods, disappearing into the kitchen. A few moments later he returns with what looks like a loaded macaroni cheese, with chicken, bacon, sweetcorn, spring onions and breadcrumbs on top. It looks delicious. “That looks amazing. Thank you.” He bows his head and hands it over.

Dinner had already been served, just as Nora had earlier said. It was a five-course meal filled with delicious dishes, including Macaroni and Brie with Crab, Short Ribs with Black Barley and Mushrooms, Double-Smoked Salmon with Horseradish Cream, and Black Chicken with Marsala Risotto. There were also wine drinks and juice on the dinner table. Everyone helped themselves to whatever they wanted to eat.

Steam rose from the dish, filling the space and my nostrils. “I heard from a friend that this is a must eat here.” Marie informed us, inhaling the delicious aroma of the food. “It’s made with marsala wine sauce.” The sweet fragrant aroma from the Marsala floated up, and my stomach grumbled in response. The bowl was filled with rigatoni noodles that were cooked to perfection. Along with the noodles were pieces of shredded white chicken breast. Thinly chopped squares of caramelized onion and sauteed baby brown button mushrooms completed the mix. The sight of it made my mouth water.

Walking into the kitchen, the staff had an amazing spread for us. Along the middle of the stable was different pastas, garlic bread, salad and veggies. Everything was steaming and made my mouth water just looking at it. I decided to go with my favorite, Garlic Buttery Shrimp Linguine with 2 garlic bread rolls. I saw Grant chose Manicotti with one garlic great and a bowl of salad that he topped with ranch and croutons.
