Unlike the Alpha Games, the Moon Goddess didn’t take away her choice. With a smile, Maddie took a sip of her drink, savouring its flavour as she cemented her conviction. From the start she had known there was a wolf among the contestants who was highly compatible with her, but knowing who it was didn’t change her plan. She would still aim to win the Games and take back her freedom to choose her own path and mate. Despite his compatibility, that wouldn’t be Michael Savage.

she pouted. "Okay Maddie," he said to her, placing her back on the floor. She curled her lips to her side. "What? You see off? Don't you miss me?" She batted her lashes, showing off her pearly white teeth. Tristan was grateful that he already had enough information about Tristan Stone or he might have lost it. He scrutinized Madison from head to toe. She was just as he saw while in his deep slumber. Madison Brown, an olive skinned lady who stood at the height of five feet eight. Her father is the owner of Paradise hotel and she's the only daughter. She got everything she wanted and she's very proud and rude. Her hobbies are shopping, partying and eating.

The pain and darkness of the past had completely dissolved. Golden spring sunlight streamed through the window and warmed my skin. The tiramisu Conrad had just brought rested on the coffee table, sweet and tempting. On my phone was the medical report sent by the nurses. “The results came in, Conrad. There’s something I need to tell you.” “Go on.” “Um… don’t get too excited.” Conrad immediately walked over, a hint of tension on his face. “No matter what it is, I’ll be here with you.” I held back a laugh and turned the screen toward him.

Had Stringmaster powered them up? Mayor Velazquez’s voice rang out with a taunting smile, “A piece of advice, good folks: if you want to protect someone close, don’t make it too obvious.” She turned to Arah, grinning with a glint of madness in her red eyes, her hand raised ominously, just as she had done before.

I shook my head, dropping it against the headrest with a sigh. “Sounds like a lot to handle, but what do you mean when you say they expect you to have all the answers?” He wondered. “There’s a rogue army after me and whatever the reason, I cannot get in touch with the so-called celestial plane to find out.” I pursed my lips. “Celestial plane?” He gave me an incredulous look. “It’s like the world of the Moon Goddess. Apparently I’m supposed to be able to communicate with her, but I have no idea how to do that.”

"That's right but maybe we could ask them..." "My schedule wouldn't even allow it," "That's right, maybe we could go another time... when we're all ready," "Yeah," "Want to watch a movie?" Madison nodded, "how about we watch 50 Shades of Grey?" "We've watched that before," "That doesn't mean it isn't still interesting," "Ugh... Whatever," They put on the movie. ****

His mother went back abroad to take care of his ;eft business that he can’t touch since his mind only has Madison inside it. “Is Master alright?” “He became like that when Miss Madison left.” “I heard something bad happened to Miss Madison and the baby.” “I heard Miss Madison has a husband.” “But our Master…” “Maybe that’s why he’s being like this.” “I-I heard Miss Madison was injured and lost the baby…” “What?!” The maids that used to take care of Madison teared up and started to cry. They were fond of Madison not only because she makes their Master happy, but also because they know that she’s a good person.

"My sister refuses to leave the house because she doesn't want to find her mate! Do you hear me?! I found my mate and accepted him. She is refusing to abide to the Moon Goddess and unite with her mate and bring an heir because she would rather be alone. But because she's your favorite, you don't ca-" "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU MEAN SHE REFUSES TO FIND HER MATE?!" our father barked, his own eyes turning dark as coal as he pounced before us. "I'm sorry" my sister mind linked me; her eyes went back to their normal color and her claws and canines retracted back. Realization dawned on her and I soon felt the color fade from my face.

5 I look around to see everyone's reaction and everyone's eyes were on Sean behind me, " I guess we could. There is no threat towards me or my mate anymore. So I say yes. " he nods his head with the last part and everyone smiles. " I finally get to go shopping for bathing suits! " Maddie exclaimed, jumping from her seat. Kylie laughed at her reaction, " I get to finally see you in a bathing suit. " her eyebrow raised a bit and Maddie eyes widened. They stared at each-other for a second and Madison gasped out loud and smacked Kylie's arm. Mind l**k perks.8

A authoritative voice boomed out the room. "Yes, it is" A clumsy figure bowed before the person. "Yes!!!" All the voices at the room boomed loudly. ====== The Next day, As Madison got up from the bed, she had a fishy feeling that everything might not go well, she always listened to her guts, she wanted to stay home, but after much persuasion from her mind, she grabbed her car keys and left the room, what could possibly happen, right?
