Aaron motioned at the old chair and then turned his hand at Duante. "Devil." He said in a groggy deep voice. "I can assume no word will go out." He asked. "If you know how we work, Mr Rego. You shouldn't be here." Duante snarled, resting his gloved hand on the old desk.

“The villagers have noticed.” He glanced over and sighed. “Fine,” he leaned over the balustrade and said something in Fae accentuated with magic. I tasted the metallic bitterness of it on my tongue. One of the mermen rose from the water, his powerful body showing the transition from skin to scale, webbing joining arm to torso and linking fingers, and his long hair seaweed green. His eyes held no white and the pupil was dominant. He called out something in reply, the words sounding laboured as if he were unaccustomed to speaking in such a way.

Keyton gasped as he saw her breaking the silver bars. The bars broke down, the sunlight was on her eyes. She hissed painfully, hiding her eyes behind Keyton who hugged her tightly. "That is certainly our Queen." Freiner said out of admiration. "What is going with her?" Keyton glared at Eglan and Piper who were flabbergasted. "Call Monica. Right now." Piper ordered Freiner who nodded immediately and ran toward the exit.
