“Gotcha.” She suddenly opened her eyes, and saw herself floating almost out of the pool. Right underneath, she saw a blurry and very large white spot that seemed to be circling around. The water was glowing even more, and she was no longer crying. If anything, she was even more sure of what her choice had to be. Suddenly, she saw the spot getting even bigger, and more defined. And then, it opened its mouth. Belle’s eyes widened, as she saw the huge black hole moving full speed towards her, and she made an effort to swim, but the mist that danced around her seemed to wrap itself around her body.

Water seeped through cracks, dark and slow. “Here,” she said. “The mouth of the old tunnel.” It was half-hidden, choked by roots and stone. Branth grimaced. “You’re certain it leads inside?” “No,” Mira said. “But I’m certain it leads somewhere they don’t expect us to be.” Kaelen’s lips curved in a grim smile. “Good enough.” He crouched, pulling away stones until the gap yawned wider. Cold air rushed out, damp and foul. It smelled of rot and old water.

We agreed that if we find anything magical related we would put it in the shared pocket. “Yeah, how strong is a crystal like that if only seven is needed to power it?” I asked and we reached the second beacon. This one was behind a solid wooden cupboard. How to we open it? Does the board just pop out of what? Mitne started to touch the board and I started to touch around it. I felt a hole big enough for my finger and I bit my lip. What it my finger gets chopped off? Like a trap? “Mitne, I found a hole big enough for a finger, but I am not sure it is a trap,” I confessed and Mitne looked around suddenly. He moved over the a shelf and I heard something breaking off.

Yet, despite the cracks, Hail was still able to look at him, not even flinching at the crack on his cheeks. It was when what seemed to be a piece had fallen from his cheek that Briane noticed something odd. He scrambled on his feet and poked his finger on the hole. It was quite deep. Hail didn’t even move when he tried to strip his cheeks off. He just sat there, staring at him. With all his might, he pulled and what he’d seen next made him stumble away. From inside Hail came thousands of bugs. Groaning, Briane sprinted, putting as much distance from the bugs and him. When he was sure, the bug already lost sight of him, he traced his way back to Hail and found him—no, it couldn’t be him. It w

asked Chaos. "Well… It is complicated… T-There's a hole outside," said Yuki. Chaos furrowed his eyebrows. "A… hole? A monster came out of it? I've seen worms coming out of big holes-" "N-No! That's not it, my lord… Well, it is weird, not even my team could understand what it was, but the hole was absorbing a lot of the miasma of the environment, perhaps this is why the monsters had stopped their charge as much, it is as if this hole is filtering out the excess miasma… Though I am sure that the monsters might come back in the near future," said Yuki. She was now able to talk quite eloquently.

I said as I crossed my arms in front of my chest. "I love mint choco." He said and I stopped. "Disgusting!" I hissed and he laughed. "Why is that disgusting? It's good." "I feel like brushing my teeth when I eat that flavour." I shook my head. "Do you have a pet?" He asked. "I have a black labrador at home. How about you?" "Really? I have a labrador too!" He said and I turned to him completely surprised. "Millie.. her name." "Blue.. his name." I turned to him and looked at him straight into his eyes.

**** Makaila's POV I woke up to a very bad headache. I touched my head and felt something wet. I looked at my hand and saw blood. Another wave of pain hit me and I groaned. I looked around and saw I was in a very dark room but the ray of light from the very high window made me see. Suddenly everything started flashing back. Christian and Nigel yelling at each other, me running out, the black car parking, some men holding me and suddenly black out. It's so obvious now. I have being kidnapped and no doubt by my father. But who were the people helping him? My father has nothing and I doubt he can afford thugs and stuff. He must be working for someone really big.
