I said as I crossed my arms in front of my chest. "I love mint choco." He said and I stopped. "Disgusting!" I hissed and he laughed. "Why is that disgusting? It's good." "I feel like brushing my teeth when I eat that flavour." I shook my head. "Do you have a pet?" He asked. "I have a black labrador at home. How about you?" "Really? I have a labrador too!" He said and I turned to him completely surprised. "Millie.. her name." "Blue.. his name." I turned to him and looked at him straight into his eyes.

Mister Dream Man

Mister Dream Man

* Lawrence * The noise of the city fell away the moment her voice reached me. Jana. She is fragile but determined, she is like a glass that had learned to hold fire without shattering. I sat back in my chair, the phone pressed close to my ears even after we spoke, her words threading into me heavier than any contract on my desk. Marta is an old employee. Her name alone carried years of Magnolia resort in it, the bones of the resort, the memory of linens folded tighter than secrets.

My Man is My Magic Honeypot

My Man is My Magic Honeypot

I turned my focus inward toward my Source and realized that a wisp of energy had begun filling the emptiness inside me before forming a weak barrier around my organs. Hot damn. So this was the only way for me to recover my lost magic: intimacy with him. I caught the fear and shock in Matteo's eyes and decided to press my advantage. I pounced like a homing missile and grabbed his thighs. He reeled backward, dumbfounded, then stared down at me with a mixture of bewilderment, humiliation, and disgust. "This… This is how low you'd go for money?" I looked up at him, love practically bubbling in my eyes. "Excuse me? Forget money! Letting a manifestation of masculine hotness like you walk free is t

The Woman He Broke

The Woman He Broke

“Don’t worry about me. I’ll be fine.” “Dating Mago is not a joke, Arlene.” Her tone turned serious, eyes locking onto mine with an intensity that made my stomach churn. “You’re going to be with a notorious manwhore. Mago CONCEPCION is an expert at playing his cards with women. He’s a master of deception, a real smooth talker. He’s the kind of guy every good girl fears.” “Any sound advice, then?” I asked, biting my lip in nervous anticipation, my mind racing with thoughts of what was to come.

The characters fo feel real and, in particular, torn between innocence and longing. The story is well presented. It was quick and appealing reading, and I like how the book brings out dangers in following your heart.

I loved this story because of how it portrayed the women being strong despite the hardship and the pain cause by the love, I would really recommend this to those people who loves reading this type of genre/story :)

In Disguise Catastrophe

In Disguise Catastrophe

She screamed while trying to urge her powers to attack the guy upon her hands but failed when someone suddenly appeared from behind her and let her vanished together with the ghost-witch. Magno was confused of what he just saw. He’s not really fond of seeing strange creatures and allowing them to appear in front of his eyes. All he could only able to do is to call in telepathy, but never imagined how miracle it was to help him out from dangerous hands. Magno looked to the guy and reached for him in an embrace. He was grateful to feel the feeling of not losing anyone after taking all of risks by himself and sought for own salvation after the catastrophe that voluntarily wanted for his life.

Dragon Prince's Heart

Dragon Prince's Heart

It was as if Astrid had encountered the Mother of all beings on the surface of Magica. "My name is Mana. You can call me Mana, Amicus,” said the woman who called herself Mana. "Who are you? Where am I?” asked Astrid, confused. “I am the spirit of the Sacred Mana Tree. I've lived for thousands of years and blessed many sentient beings in Magica,” Mana replied as she looked at Astrid gently. "Are you the spirit of this tree?" asked Astrid, tilting her head upwards, gazing at the crown of the giant tree high in the sky.

Geez, Sis. I cried. Why did Albus so cruel to separate Astrid and Draco? At first, I burst out laughing because I read that a dragon can drink beer, but after a while, my tears flowed without me realizing it. Well, It turns out that Astrid had fallen in love with the black dragon. Poor Astrid. Why?

Magnus: Dragon Lord

Magnus: Dragon Lord

he asked in quick succession. “Hold on, one thing at a time. You probably can’t move because your body lost so much blood, I had to bind you to keep you still so I could transfuse you with some of mine,” she said showing a thin magical stream of red blood flowing over to a place on himself Rex couldn’t see,” Two, I don’t know exactly where we are. Three, I have a feeling we may be somewhere unfamiliar to me inside of the spirit realm, which means magic is given to mages called ‘sho’cendi’ which is granted from a familiar you must find and bond with, that could explain your lack of use with magic, and about Fafnir being gone, I don’t know.” “How long until you’re done?”

The First of Her Kind

The First of Her Kind

she stated firmly. A small grin tugged at the corners of Maggie's lips as she affectionately nudged Amani in the arm with her elbow. "I like you; you remind me of Marie," she whispered, her voice filled with nostalgia. Amani couldn't help but smile in response. "Oh, dear! Speaking of the Beta, it seems you have caught his attention," Maggie exclaimed with a hint of concern in her voice, prompting Amani to follow her pointed gaze. An eerie chill ran down Amani's spine as she locked eyes with a sinister-looking man. His left eye bore a small scar, adding to his ominous appearance. "He looks like a creep," she muttered under her breath.

I don’t leave reviews often but when I do it is because an author has done an exceptional job at writing a story that draws you in. This story is one of the best I’ve read on this forum from plot to character development, this story although part of a werewolf trope stands out among the rest!
Alice
This is a really beautiful book: very well written with a great plot. The descriptions are intricate & characters complex and loveable. This book deserves to be a paperback! It’s so pleasant to enjoy a gripping story with no grammar or syntactic issues. My favourite book on this platform so far!

Magdalena

Magdalena

Struck by the young man's breathtaking appearance, Magdalena stepped out from within, offering him a polite, nervous greeting. He asked for fresh orange juice. Magdalena knew enough English to understand, assuring him she would prepare it right away. As she turned to press the juice, a tremor ran through her hands. She was deeply unnerved by how fiercely this stranger had stirred her heart. Casting her shyness aside, she decided to seize the moment; she asked him about his travels, offered recommendations, and added softly that if he ever needed anything at all, he should return to her shop and she would help him.
