The main story is about Lilith Taylor being in the wrong place at the wrong time, although it was planned out. She witnesses some gruesome scenes done by Arthur Mikhailov but soon realizes that the one bringing this upon her is the only one who can take it away. The book is filled with mysterious characters and events to keep the reader guessing throughout. Never a too dull moment. Give it a try guys. You never know who will betray you next...

This is the story where our main characters beautifully draw the affair with little romance. Jasper is getting rejected by his crush. Accidentally he found out his crush is an Alpha. This story is a story about power, the main male character is obsessed with being powerful and by all means wants to get it, that brings about the female lead, represents all he wants. so he concocts a big plan of getting it from her, take it all, her power, her wealth and leaves her with nothing. the female lead though isn't one who wants to forget this so she strikes back, she loses so much to give up, so she comes back, with anger for her sword and is determined to not stop until the people who hurt her knows what it feels like to be broken.

I died beneath the Ferris wheel. The killer took a photo of the Ferris wheel and sent it to my mother. 'Mom, I want to ride the Ferris wheel with you too,' wrote the killer. In my mother's voice message, her tone was filled with hatred as she replied, "How dare you ask to ride the Ferris wheel with me when you killed your own sister? Why won't you just die?!" As she wished, I was dead. However, what she didn't know was that the one who killed me was my so-called dead sister.

She could feel Hazel's palpable anger. However, there also seemed to be a hint of panic in her expression. Pleased, Hazel laughed. "What's wrong? Are you afraid, Miss Steve? Seems like you fear me after all!" She grinned. "I am not here to make any trouble, but to steal your groom."
