Free promotion baby. This is what everybody is literally on their knees begging for.” There was a bit of censure in her voice now.

By evening, everything had changed. Her phone , the old one she rarely used started buzzing with notifications. The poem had exploded. Thousands of reads in just a few hours. Shares. Comments from strangers who said it captured exactly how they felt after heartbreak, betrayal, or emotional abandonment. Some readers called it haunting. Others said it made them cry. Money started coming in too. The platform paid creators based on engagement and premium reads. By the next morning, her earnings had crossed several hundred dollars. Within three days, it reached over two thousand. All of it went into a new secret account she had opened while she was away.
