Before they could get lost in another sweet moment, the door swung open, revealing Maiari's friends, Marissa and Jasmine, who had recently become a couple. They both had warm smiles on their faces. Marissa grinned and waved, "Hey, lovebirds, we hope we're not interrupting anything." Jasmine added, "Happy to see you two together again. It's a great day for love."

I hesitantly picked it up, since I was the only one boarding the elevator. "Hey Mase," I spoke into my phone. "Hey baby," he replied smoothly. "So I have a few options for tonight." He went on to present his findings; three different restaurants, none of which I had ever heard of, which all served Italian food and seemed to have good reviews. "Okay." After an hour Maya stood in front of the Cafe door, the light drizzle pouring on to her, she wore a deep blue hoodie jacket over her grey T-shirt and a black jeans with her black shoes. She walked in and was met by the warmth of the place. Her eyes ran across the tables until she found the familiar person who sat in the farthest table, she walked down to him and spotted the one plate of spaghetti and bowl of gajar halwa along with a cup of basundi and one cola before him. He looked up meeting her gaze as she reached him and smiled, she gave him a smile in return and sat down before him. "Hi, thanks for coming." He said and she nodded.

I said trying to sound serious but failed. We all turned around to see everyone was just staring at us. We all looked surprised that everybody was looking at us while we were laughing. “Why is everyone standing around looking at us? Let’s go.” I said, trying to act serious.
