Could that snake really have been trying to treat me? After that, I heard the man say, "I'm that venomous snake." I was shocked into silence. After a momentary silence, I asked, "Are you a Naga, a half-snake, half-human entity? Was that your snake form?" He nodded. These entities had two forms, animal and human. Only an animal with talent, capability, and good luck could hold a human form, which was why entities like these were rare and valuable in the Riverplain Continent.

The green Naga flicked his tongue,his snake tail slithering around my calf with malicious intent. Chloe giggled beside me."I heard Nagas have intense stamina in bed.Sister,you're in for a treat." Beside her,Bjorn seemed displeased by Chloe's looseness.Ignoring the crowd,he roughly pulled her into his arms,squeezing her chest hard to claim his territory. Hearing Chloe's breathy moans,the surrounding males turned their eyes toward me,their gazes growing even more greedy and explicit.

He hissed. I stood up slowly, gripping my bleeding arm. My entire body was aching. "I do not wish to kill you, if I wanted, I could have killed your grandson." I looked at the Naga before me, he didn’t look much older than his grandson, but they aged slowly and could live up to five hundred years. They were the species with the second longest life span, after the Fae. His eyes narrowed and I tried to calm my heart, not wanting him to know the extent of how exhausted I was.

“Precisely. A den of Nagas had made a trade with the hiyasha in return for more Adamantine.” Nagas were yet another stuff of legend. The name referred to a breed of reptilian humanoid creatures, very tall and lithe and exhibiting a sort of savage ferocity in battle. But Aki knew from personal experience that there was truth in the rumors about the monster warriors. “A trade?” she echoed. “Why would they do that?” “Because Adamantine is the only thing on the planet that can break the shell of the Dragon God’s Egg.”

Before Iris or Susan could process anything, they were bound to restrain their freedom. "Lord, your bride is beautiful" one of the Naga men said and all the others laughed boisterous. Both Iris and Susan are gagged because these men found the screams of the woman annoying. These men are not wearing any shirts, but only shorts that covered till their knees. They all has olive colored skin tones, maybe because of working under the sun all day. They have black streaks running across their faces. Their hair is long, which is left wild and untamed.

"Is that..." "Naags. Turns out your mother know many interesting people than we all thought." The Naags clan is interesting alright. Man with blood of snakes. Feared by all due to their venomous blood and toxin in their claws which would result death in an instant. She had thought that these clan had extinct after the great war but somehow, seeing dozens of them made her scared. Even the people around them is terrified of the being since they are known for their violence. At least that what she was told growing up in her school so to see them in person was a shock. She even noticed that there was no werewolf authority around them.

Upon closer inspection of his good eyes, it looked like a snake’s eye. “ A Naga? But, what are you here?! Your kind are devout worshippers of the Ishtar; even if you committed some kind of crime, surely they wouldn’t have condemned you to this,” Kronos exclaimed. Usually condemned Naga prisoners were executed in private and their bodies returned to their families, a privilege only the Naga enjoyed. “ Dragon!” The man yelled, flying at Kronos, landing a punch in his jaw. Kronos’s eyes flew open as he skidded backward.

Albus Mons took me when I was just five, so the knowledge of my species is limited. I am a nagata; a serpent being, but unlike a mutolupus, I do not have a spirit that resides within me. I am the human, and I am the snake. I am stronger and faster than a wolf with superior senses. I know my mother was a nagata and my father was a mutolupus, yet I am not a hybrid.
