Her Man

Her Man

, I screamed. “You behave like you're from a saint's home and it sickens me. I'm pretty sure this is not your first time seeing someone get shot. Why are you behaving like this is your first time seeing someone get shot? Let me guess–to make me look like a horrible person. Well let me burst your bubble. I am in fact a very terrible person, you're going to get married to me and this will certainly not be your last time seeing me kill a person. Leave this room in two minutes so that my men can get it cleaned up”, he said leaving the room. He was right. I screamed at him like my father had not killed people, and I did not hate him for it.

The Manhunt

The Manhunt

“Why d…do you…want to…kill…me? Wh…hat…have I done to…you?” “It's nothing personal,” the man's voice was as cold as ice. “It's just a manhunt.” And the last thing the guy has ever heard in his life was the loud bang of the revolver that ended him. Man's Best Wingman

Is that really how the book ends? It's a really good book but to end it that way... Especially with the trauma the two main characters seperately endured... Feels wrong to deprive the reader from getting to have that HEA with the characters.

Another wonderful book!! I have laughed so hard it hurts and this is not just a nod to romance, But Life getting in the way and our animals fully taking over and inserting themselves when we aren't brave enough to do it ourselves. Absolutely brilliant!!!

A Man's Undoing

A Man's Undoing

In fact all she could think about was that night. She turned towards him and stared, up and down. Throughly examining him. He was a beautiful man, his high cheek bones and his trimmed beard somehow made her think of all the men's she has found attractive in the past. The thing that she loved the most were his curled hair, sure they weren't that long but somehow it gave him a beach vibe and she thought that was the hottest thing.
