The calm in Kai’s voice was scaring Piper more than ever. This got Benji’s attention. He turned to look up at Kai, “Umm, not the entire set. Umm, I read half on iPad.” Benji replied. Kai nodded his head, “I have the complete volume,” Kai informed Benji. Benji’s eyes widened in excitement to hear that. Piper could sense what was going to happen next.

He winked. I chuckled, shoving him slightly. “Oh my god, you are such a geek.” I rolled my eyes. “Have you met my friends? I mean, you have, but you don’t really know them. Forrest has a massive manga collection. Ben collects Spider-Man comics. Justin has a decent Batman collection. And Zach, his X-Men collection is massive.” He chuckled through his friends under the geek bus. “Oh, and what’s your secret geekdom? The Hulk?” I questioned. I’m not super surprised Forrest has a manga collection. It totally explains his instant connection with Riko. She’s his hentai dreams come true sans tentacles.

I know I’m just being a rod because shite in Manga is no more real than ‘cars’ or motor vehicles any more than guns or football. At least there’s an actual story with interesting and well-thought-out plot twists. The shite that they go on about is brainless.

I was surprised his eyes didn’t pop out of their sockets when he saw the porn magazines with naked girls on the covers. Jess said proudly, “They’re Yaoi manga. Have you never read them before? They tell love stories between two men, or more.” She laughed. “The artwork is very beautiful.” She said dreamily, “I particularly love the stepbrothers trope.” She turned to look at me meaningfully. “The forbidden love. The hidden feelings. The angst. Oh, it’s just so interesting and such a turn-on.”

And I adore Tokyo Ghoul. It’s my favorite manga series. And I own and have watched all fifteen seasons of Supernatural. And not just because Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki are handsome.” I countered, pointing my fork at him before digging into my meal.

These are all shoujo (romance genre). But there are other sport genre too, like: "Slam dunk", "Haikyuu", "Prince of tennis", "Eyeshield twenty-one", "Kuruko basketball". Fantasies and action genres are available too: "Demon slayer", "Hakuoki", "Bungou stray dogs", "Attack on titans".

Jaden, Melissa, and I were walking through the school halls. It was already lunchtime so we decided to eat outside today. While we walked, Jaden and Melissa were talking about an anime called 'Seven deadly sins'. The anime is really good, and I hope for a second season, but for now, I'm just reading the manga. And let me tell you, the manga is AWESOME!!! Especially when Meliodis is a-, oops, almost spoiled it for you guys. But yeah, the anime is awesome; I totally recommend it for y'all.

"Then recommend me any of the good comics you've drawn." "Uhm..there's one romance comic called Fireflies. But it's a bit long and the plot is more like that of a manga's."

But even if it sounds feminine, I really love it – I like my second name because it makes me feel like I have Japanese blood, and I like to watch and read isekai anime or manga about protagonists who are reincarnated in another world and become super strong. Just like that dream… Mundo da Fantasia. It’ll be nice if I get reincarnated to that beautiful world and be an overpowered character! Just like the newest anime I’m into. I’m actually looking forward to the next episode of that time I reincarnated as slime. Hays, Rimuru-sensei! Buttoning my shirt, I can’t help but notice how average my look is. I'm just a fat guy, cursed with a swarm of pimples on my face, cleavage, and back.
