"It isn't." He said it simply, without agenda, just true, and I felt some of the uncharitable feeling ease. Just some. I met them properly at lunch, which I hadn't planned but couldn't avoid because Theo — Theo, who had the social awareness of a golden retriever and twice the enthusiasm — had apparently invited them to sit with us approximately four minutes after meeting them. Margot was the one who'd asked about the Alpha. She was tall, French-Algerian, with the kind of cheekbones that made you feel personally attacked, and she sat down next to Theo with the easy confidence of someone who'd never walked into a room and felt unwelcome.

POV: Vivian Ashford The role is called Margot. She is a twenty-three-year-old woman who grew up with nothing and clawed her way into a world that wasn't built for her, and she is brilliant and ruthless and quietly devastating, and the script is the best thing I have read since I got to LA, and I want it the way I have wanted very few things in my life with the particular clarity of knowing this is exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment.

I settled on turning my focus to the tree line outside of town when someone came to crouch next to me. “So, just like old times,” Margot said as she added a few more smoke bombs to the stack next to me. “Come again?” I asked with a furrowed brow. “The rebellion,” she said. “I fought for you against Morgan.” “I didn’t…” She waved a hand. “Never directly under your command,” she said. “Don’t worry. I’m from Port Sever. My father was the harbor master. Alpha Morgan threatened to hurt my brothers and I on more than one occasion for Dad to turn the other way or falsify information. The stress drove him into an early grave.”

“This is Rob’s father, Robetu. He’s only just arrived with Rob’s mother this week. They’ll be staying with us a while until they get settled.” “I do recognize Rob,” Margie drawls. “He’s the fine young man been fixing up your farm. Nice ta meetcha,” she says to Rob’s father while still focused on Rob. She gives him a toothy grin. “Fiancé, is it? Well, you’re a fine catch for the finest catch in the county, young man. I certainly approve, and I’m especially impressed with the work you’ve done on Gracie’s farm. Other folks in town here could use those skills. You come talk to me when you get a chance.” Rob beams at me, rubbing the small of my back in the way that turns my bones to rubber and se

“I know that you and Nick both know that Margie’s parents were omegas. They were absolutely delightful wolves. They were hard workers who loved their family with all that they had. They had eight pups all together including Margie, and they had this light and energy about them that was infectious. Robert's parents were actually friends with Margie's parents for years. However, their friendship ended in a horrible way when Margie and Robert discovered that they were mates. Robert's parents were openly disappointed with the mating, because they had hoped that Robert would be mated to a she-wolf with alpha, beta, or even gamma blood. Robert's parents tried to talk Robert into rejecting Mar

She almost never bottomed, and especially not like this but it felt so freeing. “Mmmm....you do...herregud älskling...” The blonde sighed with lust into her arm, blurting God’s name in Swedish. She knew quite a bit of her mother’s native language, but didn’t get the chance to use much of it over the years since Margot almost exclusively spoke English after moving to Maine from Västerås, Sweden as a teenager. The foreign words tickled Whitney’s ears, and she started pumping harder making Hollis’ eyes roll to the back of her head.

I turned around and marched to meet Margret. “Good Morning Gabby, are you having fun this morning?” “Margret, why did you give him an opportunity to live in the Witch Tribe?” “Oh, you mean Alpha Nicklaus? Well, I can’t chase him out since he is not here for war. It shouldn’t be a problem, right?” “It’s going to be a problem because I can’t bring myself to live in the same place with someone who can easily be shirtless and fetching water to seduce the girls here,” I yelled.

We weren’t friends, but we weren’t enemies either. Margaret was wearing a chartreuse gown embroidered with lily pads. The Beta’s wife’s name is Lily. Margaret has striking features. Her skin is the color of a summer elk. Her hair falling around her face in large chestnut brown ringlets. She has almond shaped chocolate brown eyes. “All these girls talking like they never heard the Epic of Cordelia.” Margaret quietly and snarkily said. “Right? A slave mating to the Kingdom of the Moon is a death sentence.” I responded dryly.

The violence didn’t bother me but Margot looked away every time someone got butchered or beheaded and there were quite a few of those. An odd sensation had filled me ever since last night and even Echo was puzzled by it. Margot knew what I was since she grew up in a wolf pack but was human. Robbie was half wolf and Margot was happy when she met Joey and he gave her some much needed pointers. The feeling had only increased that morning when Riley and I drove to Centralia to spend the weekend with Margot and Robbie. We didn’t have any plans and the weather was cold enough to warrant that we’d stay indoors.

Margaret McGurtrie was tall and large - boned , with a face of unusual beauty , had it been allied to a slender body she would have been able to hold her own with anyone tut she was too big , and all her movements were clumsy One was apt to overlook eyes of a violety - blue fringed by thick dark lashes , black hair with bluish lights in it , a wide and generous mouth and a pale honey - tinted skin , wher one was confronted with big feet , ugly hands , and a stride like a grenadier's , combined with a gruff mannish voice Margaret dressed in tweeds and heavy brogues which made her feet look even bigger ; her thick knitted stockings did not help , and she favoured fawns and greys which were the
