SWITCHED

SWITCHED

Before anyone did a thing, the woman behind Alpha Milo got up from the wall. Walking towards us, she said, “alright, we have a big ass job to work with. My name is Mara, I’m Marcela’s mother, and Mira is Miracle's mom, I’m going to go on a limb and say you,” she points at my antes body on the bed, “are Miracle?” She nods, a bit frightened.

Please Marry me

Please Marry me

Two of my warriors—Blaze and Rowan—step out of the trees behind me. They freeze. They look at me. Then at her. Then back at me. Blaze mouths silently, Did our Alpha just propose to a human? Rowan whispers, “Is he sick? Cursed? Should we call the healer?” I want the ground to swallow me. My mate stares at me like I’m completely insane. Then she says the words that shatter my pride in the dumbest way possible: “No. I don’t marry kidnappers or shirtless men!” She turns to run.

Secrets of the Ash Princess

Secrets of the Ash Princess

My boots hit solid stone on the other side. The red-haired girl caught her breath, giggling as she leaned against the wall. “You’re the new girl, huh? The one who smashed the stone. I’m Mara, Rank 490.” She held up her string of broken badges. “I collect these from the ones thrown into the pit. Keeps me feeling lucky.” “Evangeline,” I said, sinking back onto my knees. “Does this happen every night?”

THE MARRIAGE GAME

THE MARRIAGE GAME

The burn as it goes down does little to numb the pain, but I keep drinking anyway, hoping that eventually, it will. My phone buzzes on the desk, pulling me out of my thoughts. I glance at the screen—it's a message from Marco. Just seeing his name sends a wave of anger through me. After our fight, I thought I'd seen the last of him, but he's persistent, like a cockroach that won't die. I consider ignoring the message, but something compels me to open it. Marco: Heard your little girl is gone now, Caruso.

Marina

Marina

Gosh, my mother is going to kill me when she finds out. I couldn’t go too far as I bumped into something hard and nearly fell on the ground. Someone grabbed me then held me up. I looked up and found myself looking into a pair of piercing grey eyes that belonged to none other than Logan Hill. “Marina? What are you doing here? Why are you running?” he asked. He looked at my distraught face. His eyes narrowed. “Um…well…I’m on a date,” I stammered. “Is that right?” he asked and stared at me intently. “So, where is your date?”

"Rich very rich coming from me the anti-marriage misogynistic arse. You're everything I never knew I wanted in a partner. I reckon I can not be without you. I'd go bollocks..." Merrigold smiled. "I know what will cheer you up?" Merri said quickly pulling away and shyly putting on her dress. He watched her closely. His heart fluttered, her short hair seemingly curly. Her dark skin glimmered in the sun and so did her smile. "Surprise me..." he laid back, naked. "Pancakes!" She grinned. "I will make them now." "Be my wife Merri, I reckon you already are acting like it."

Love the story. Do not change your story because readers might feel offended. Tell the tale as it is. Slavery is a fact and there was rape a daily struggle. But I do believe there was love as well. As I’m a proud mix race women. Born in a Dutch colony, these are the untold stories. Well told!!!

I defined give this book 100...️. Out of all the interesting books (and some not so interesting), this one takes the cake. A few grammatical errors, but at least you understand the actual story nonetheless. I fully recommend it for strong hearted readers. Different plot from the clichés in this app.

Amaria

Amaria

'Ah! This is the only notice I've seen so far,' Amaria thought as she stared at the paper in her hand, then she noticed there was more written on the paper. "There's more written on the paper, but it's so small," Amaria explained while squinting her eyes . 'If you want to make a request, go to the counter, tap three times, and the bartender will approach you.' "This all feels like a sham," Dove said, rolling her eyes.
