Mr. CEO's Darling Shame

Mr. CEO's Darling Shame

Then Marissa let out a strangled scream. “Oh my God! Mama—we're doomed! This is the end.” she started wailing again. My vision swam, panic clawing at my chest. “No. No, no, no. This can’t be—she was here. She was here!” Marissa grabbed my arm, sobbing hysterically. “We’re cursed. She’s going to haunt us, Mama. I swear I saw her move—she’s going to come back for us!” “Shut up!” I screeched, though terror licked up my spine. My mind reeled. Where could she have gone? How could she—

Being His Wife

She turned her attention to me immediately. "Hello there." She waved slightly. "Hi." I said back, feeling a little bashful as a result of the intimidating aura she carried. "Aww, Stella your daughter in law is a shy one." She made a cute face at Stella, who laughed in response. I chuckled shyly. She stretched her palm towards me and I took it slowly. "Hi I'm Marissa and I'm at your service," She introduced herself. "I'm Ariana." I said softly. "Nice to meet you Ariana. Congratulations on your engagement." She said.

i won't lie, this book is really good! I just finished this book a month ago, but I can't stop reading. I kept on reading this book over and over again. If I can give a hundred stars, I would do so. So, give "being his wife" a chance. Also, I fell inlove to the character of Ariana. ...️...️

The mafia’s captive

The mafia’s captive

It was Marissa, one of Valeria’s oldest operatives, presumed dead after a brutal showdown months ago. “I’m not here for her,” Marissa said quietly, voice trembling with years of regret. “I’m here for myself. For the girls she destroyed.” Bain lowered his weapon, tension giving way to wary curiosity. “Then why now? Why betray Valeria here?” Marissa’s gaze flicked toward the hidden door. “Because she’s lost it. She’s dangerous beyond reason. I want to end this—for good.” The atmosphere shifted. Valeria’s footsteps echoed from deeper within the passage, closer, slower, dragging like a shadow of her former self.

His Untouchable Super Wife

His Untouchable Super Wife

She was glad he was okay. Afterward, Tessa went ahead to stand next to the restaurant's employees. There were quite a lot, and she stood next to the few she knew; Marissa. “Those bitches will pay for harming Mr. Gabriele. So don't worry, 'kay Tessa?” The extremely tattooed, rebel-looking but overly sweet Marissa whispered to Tessa. “I'm already working on it!” She snickered, recalling how successful she almost is in taking Maria's spot in being a ballet dancer of the W Empire, the biggest entertainment industry.

“And here I was thinking we’d become family soon.” Zara’s nails dug into her palms. “Leave my mother out of this.” Marissa’s smile sharpened. “Darling, your mother came to me. Begging for relevance. I simply gave her a crown and reminded her how to wear it.” “She’s using you.” “No. I’m using her. Just like you’re using Alec.” Zara’s spine snapped straight. “Excuse me?” “You think I don’t know how this game works?” Marissa purred. “Poor little hustler girl lands herself a billionaire and suddenly has a brand, a team, a penthouse. You’re clever, Zara. But you’re not untouchable.”

Hired by my Uncle's Bestfriend

"Wow, he's really good-looking, Senorita." "Sorry for my question earlier, Senyorita. I thought you met Sir in a beer house," Marissa said. "Marissa, don't let your mother hear that, or you'll be in trouble again," Demi warned her. "I know, I made a mistake. It turns out Senorita is wealthy... It's like you guys own this whole town," Marissa replied with a smile. "So, you should study hard to become successful too," Demi said to her. "Your Senyorita here is also going to study."

I Married My Grumpy Patient!

I Married My Grumpy Patient!

I felt her grab my hand and she smiled a bit. “What did she want?” Christine asked with a scrunched-up nose. “Who is she? She seemed upset that Louisa is back,” I pointed out. Christine sighed and ran her hands through her blonde hair, it had loosened from the bun and was now a mess. “She’s Alex’s childhood friend. She’s a monster and a dangerous person.” I frowned at her explanation. If Christine felt this way about this Marissa person; who also gave me bad vibes, Why did she still have the title of Moore’s friend?

Chasing His Kickass Luna Back

Chasing His Kickass Luna Back

“Likewise. You made an impression on me at the luncheon, so I thought it only fitting if we met again.” Her fingers twirl the stem of her wine glass as she leans in closer. “I knew we hit it off. I’m known for making… lasting impressions. Especially on men.” Her words make me uneasy, but I choose to ignore it for now. “So, Marissa, what are your interests?” She tilts her head slightly, her eyes gleaming with hubris. “I’m quite the socialite. You’ll often find me at the most exclusive events and parties. And of course, I love fashion.”

Rejected, Abused, I Fall for the Forbidden Alpha

Marissa grows exasperated. I blinked, coming back to reality. She groans and folds her arms across her chest. “What on earth is your deal? I hope you get with the program soon,” she snapped, “we’re almost at the Blood Moon Pack, and you’re supposed to be my servant. Why can’t you just act like a normal human being?” I open my mouth to retort and then fall silent. What would she care? Marissa was just as malicious as our mother. She looked innocent on the outside but on the inside, she was just as vindictive and mean.

So... This book is already completed right? You should make the status complete unless you're still going to write for the kids generation. But still, I really enjoyed this book and how you brought the characters together!
Selasi Afriyie
truly enjoyed the book! & in the end everything did round up nicely without leaving any questions open – just wish that one question would have been represented in the characters' convo (the mating in the end & their family ties); it could have also been stated, that such matings might be possible
