Over the centuries, the line faded. And with it, the genetics that accompanied it. But it seems... it has resurfaced in your children. In your blood, Lauren. You’re a Lyan.” I think my heart stopped.

“I’m sorry but this half-blood annoys the hell out of me.” Marvel at least respects him. He must be a Beta’s child as well. “You’re similar to my sister Akisha. So his bloodline is one of the strongest in existence. Both of your parent's lines are from two of the original vampires that that god created so that is three powerful bloodlines in one little man.” Lennox explains.

Damon’s voice cut in sharply. “He is an infant.” Cassian chuckled. “Not exactly.” A chill crawled along my spine. “What are you saying?” I asked quietly. Cassian paused. Then he spoke slowly. “This child carries two bloodlines that have been enemies for generations.” My mind froze. “What?” Lucian went completely still. Damon sounded furious. “You are lying.” Cassian ignored him. “The Vale bloodline,” he continued calmly, “and the Hale Alpha line.” My breathing hitched.

I asked, studying the distance between us and the house. Max snorts. “Girl has the nose of a bloodhound. She always knows when I’m close by.” “Hmm. That’s very unique, even for a werewolf pup. She is the first female she-wolf from the goddess’s bloodline,” I mused. The thing about bloodlines is that when they develop in a family, that family will continue to possess the abilities pertaining to that bloodline even after countless millennia. Unfortunately, the amount of abilities or the power of the abilities that a descendent of a family bloodline can inherit will depend on the density of his or her bloodline. This is the normal bloodline awakening that I'm sure you are all aware of. The uncommon bloodline awakening is the fusion of two bloodlines- the new awakening.

Later, they started spreading and multiplying. Every wolf on this earth learns about the royal bloodlines as kids and are reminded to respect them. Means us.
