Alpha and Pup's Regret after She Leaves

Alpha and Pup's Regret after She Leaves

"But... you don’t have a wolf, do you?" Third-person's POV In his home office, Nathan and Sabrina went over his campaign plans yet again. At the time, throwing himself into work felt right. Now, feeling exhausted, Nathan had a sudden feeling of guilt. Claire was fine, but part of him still wished he was there with her instead of here. When he said "I reject you", he regretted the words as soon as they were out of his mouth. Even if the rejection didn’t hold, it still felt wrong to throw something so awful at his mate.

My Ex's Greatest Regret

My Ex's Greatest Regret

"I went to see her once. She was living in a damp little rental apartment. She barely looked human anymore." Glen took another sip before continuing. "She told me the thing she regrets most isn't cheating. And it's not even choosing the wrong person at the wedding. "What she regrets most is comforting Vince back then for the sake of love…and then abandoning him later for the sake of her own interests. "She said she tried to hold on to both sides, but in the end, both men hated her. She ended up being the biggest joke of all." I gave a small, crooked smile. That did sound exactly like something Natasha would say.

I whisper. "Me too." She replies but her voice almost cracked so she just left it like this. But that was enough. Thousand times enough to give me the chill, she never thought of someone else. She may be regretting anything and if I could through the time back I wouldn't have left her at all. We stay like this some minutes and then she lets go of me.

Too Late To Regret Divorcing Me

Too Late To Regret Divorcing Me

Her right eye was moving in a way that showed she was lying. “Were you hoping that I would love you back? I read the note you left me. I want to know-“ my words got cut off with her snapping at me in an angry tone. “I was a fool. But, I’m a different person now. I’m no longer the person you thought I was. So, forget about the past, Vincent. Live your life, without having me in it” she said those words that meant nothing to me. Hearing her call me Vincent again was a good start.

Rivals In Love

Rivals In Love

A mix of regret, fury, and wounded pride. “They’re all living so happily.” She ground her cigarette into the ashtray with force. “I can’t bear it. I regret everything I did. I regret marrying Gregory because he was my first love. I regret ever loving him. But what I will never regret…” her voice dropped into a venomous whisper, “…him leaving me.” The first woman sighed, shifting in her seat. “But you left on your own……” SLAM! The second woman’s fist hit the table, rattling the ashtray. Her eyes burned with the fire of a woman scorned and discarded.

Bonds at War: The Untouched is Mine

Bonds at War: The Untouched is Mine

That slip. Someone. “I always thought I’d feel empty if I ever stepped away,” she continued. “But I found something now. It makes me think I’m allowed to leave without regret.” Her eyes flicked to me then. And for a heartbeat, I couldn’t breathe. In that instant, I realized—with a strange sort of certainty—that I didn’t want her to leave. Ever. I clicked my tongue. “You shouldn’t be with us,” I said, a bit too firmly. “You should be with your family, spending time with them and making the most of your life. Once all of this is over, you need to go on a vacation, alright?”

Sidney
Unique story line, well written and very intriguing. Far better than a lot of other stories on here. I love a strong heroine, I love her even more considering she has managed to become a person who note only can stand up for herself and others but also isn’t afraid to accept help.

Does anyone know if this story has a reverse harem? I’m not into that and it doesn’t have the tag in the description but it’s so many guys pinning for her attention that I would y be surprised if it goes that route later. I’m assuming the story isn’t far along enough for anyone to know tho

My Luna my bride

My Luna my bride

It was as if a part of me wanted her to leave, to escape the toxicity that our relationship had become. She turned to face me, her eyes filled with a mixture of anger and hurt. I could see the disappointment etched on her face, and it tore at my soul. “You will regret this Dante, I promise you,” Willow said and with that she walked out the door, her steps heavy with the weight of our broken relationship. I watched her leave, a mixture of regret and relief washing over me. I knew that this was the right choice, for both of us, even if it meant facing the pain of losing her.

My Possessive CEO (Can love conquer pain?)

My Possessive CEO (Can love conquer pain?)

“And you don’t stop.” “No.” “And you won’t leave.” “No.” Silence. Long. Heavy. Because now— we’re back where we started. Except worse. Because now— she doesn’t trust me. Not fully. Not enough. “You’re going to regret this,” she says quietly. “No.” “You keep saying that.” “Because it’s true.” “You don’t know that.” “I do.” “How?” “Because I’d regret leaving more.” That— That hits. I see it. In her eyes.

SWEET TEMPTATION

SWEET TEMPTATION

Even sitting on the edge, she was still tall compared to me, but our mouths were only inches apart. "What are you doing? This isn't right, Will. I don't want you doing something you’ll regret later, like you already did. Besides, Susan could come out at any second." "Who says I regret it?" "Well... the way you walked out the other night says it all." "The reasons I left are completely different from what you think. And I highly doubt Susan is getting up; she’s had too much to drink, and when she does that, she’s out like a light."

ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED TO MY BILLIONAIRE BOSS

ACCIDENTALLY MARRIED TO MY BILLIONAIRE BOSS

“I need time.” “You have it,” I said. “All of it.” She met my gaze again, something unreadable in her eyes. “You really don’t regret it.” “No,” I said without hesitation. “I regret leaving.” That seemed to do something. She exhaled, long and steady, like she’d been holding her breath since morning. “I have to get back,” she said. “I know.” She paused before turning away. “Don’t grab my arm again.” “I won’t,” I said. “I promise.”
