Trapped By Desire: Falling For A Heartless Billionaire

Trapped By Desire: Falling For A Heartless Billionaire

She turned her face slightly to the side, hoping he hadn't noticed how easily he could make her flush. "Are you all set?" he asked softly. "Yes," she replied, clearing her throat to steady her voice. "Your mask," he reminded her. Alana's brows pulled together slightly. "My—" Then her eyes widened. The first half of the evening was a masquerade ball. She had completely forgotten. In everything that had been sitting on her mind, she had not even thought to prepare one. Roman raised his hand. "Good thing I remembered," he said, holding out a delicate silver mask, the edges laced with fine detail that matched her dress almost perfectly. Alana stared at it for a second, then looked up at him.

Contract With Alpha Theodore

Contract With Alpha Theodore

As long as Wilmot could get us into the ball, my goal would be achieved. Soon, Grace and I had changed into our outfits, applied exaggerated makeup, and put on masks. Wilmot's bright red hair was impossible to hide, so I provided him with a cloak to conceal his identity at the masked ball. An hour into the ball, the guests had already consumed quite a bit of alcohol. I looked at the badges pinned to their chests and couldn't help but smile mischievously. Despite knowing about the tension between M Group and Cliff, everyone had still shown up.

Great work! I am a little restless because through 150 chapters I haven’t seen vanya and Theodore or their wolves interact much, or maybe it’s just that she’s hasn’t left cliff yet but I haven’t felt as if the pace of the story is slow or it isn’t justified. Against my expectation but beyond them :)

Forbidden Heat: Tales of untamed desires

Forbidden Heat: Tales of untamed desires

The luxury coastal resort glowed under the moonlight, waves crashing softly against the private beach. I had come alone to escape my messy breakup and the chaos of city life. Seven days of sun, salt air, and no responsibilities. That was the plan. The masquerade ball on the first night changed everything. I wore a deep red dress that clung to my curves and a delicate black mask covering my eyes. The ballroom buzzed with laughter and music. Couples danced under crystal chandeliers. I sipped champagne near the terrace when a tall man in a black suit and silver mask approached me.

Blood And Vows

Blood And Vows

They were even numbered. The masquerade ball was in full swing when we arrived, the ballroom was packed with elegantly dressed strangers hiding behind elaborate masks. I adjusted my black mask, a simple design that left my mouth and jaw visible. Liliana wore a silver mask that complemented her midnight blue gown, but I could see the tension in her shoulders, the way her eyes constantly scanned the crowd. "Remember," I murmured in her ear as we moved through the throng of dancers, "we stay together. No matter what."

Stealing the Heart of the Lycan King

Stealing the Heart of the Lycan King

Humiliated, she turned sharply on her heel and disappeared into the crowd. The greetings continued until every last guest had paid their respects. And then, finally, the ball began. A masked attendant stepped forward, announcing the night’s main event. The first tradition of the Lunar Mask Ball— the hunt. Each woman was separated from her date, and the men were led to opposite sides of the hall. Then, masked attendants handed out ornate masks, each one made to match our outfits. Mine was a shimmering silver mask, dusted with tiny crystals that glowed softly under the chandeliers. It was stunning and paired beautifully with my red dress.

I said. Marlon blinked. "What?" "You mentioned full masks." I turned from the window. "If I came only to the ball" "Everyone wears masks," he said carefully. "The institute provides them to all guests. Full masks, no names, no ranks, no affiliations. That's the whole point of the centennial masquerade — it's been tradition since the first one." He raised an eyebrow. "If he walked past you he would have no way of knowing." "Give me the speech," I finally said.

Plus-Sized Assassin

Plus-Sized Assassin

Barbara paused at the threshold to the ballroom, her breath fogging the air before her, her mind asking her for the millionth time over if she could do this. This final task that was finally going to set her free. She adjusted the plain satin mask she had on her face. Her piece for the night was white, unadorned... a mere ghost among the colorful peacocks littered across the room in their creative, probably ridiculously expensive face blockers and even more expensive clothing ensembles. It was a masquerade ball, remember? The theme was one Barbie couldn’t be more grateful for. To suit the task of the night, Barbie had decided that her disguise would be plain-Jane Barbie. Her gown was a dull

Trapped With The Cold Alpha

Trapped With The Cold Alpha

He just assumed I had. ****** The venue was lively, more colorful than I expected. People were dressed in several vibrant colors, each one more scandalous than the next. There were boobs almost fully on display, backs left completely bare, not like my own dress was any decent but it was just, a bit surprising to take in. “Pick a mask.” Kain told me. A masquerade ball meant we’d need to cover our faces, our identities, hidden from each other. I picked a golden feathered mask and Kain picked a white one, making one mask seem like a pair.

Deadly Mate

Deadly Mate

It almost felt unnatural to do so. “Thank you, Alpha. What can I do for you today?” She said politely as she took a seat in one of the arm chairs. “As always, everything that is mentioned here, stays here.” I started giving her a pointed look. She nodded her head in understanding. “Mason and I are going to attend the Masquerade Ball this Saturday at Red Creek. We need masks to wear with our suits.” Jessy tried to hide the smile that was slowly creeping up her face. “I see, sir and what are you needing from me exactly. Go buy one? Make one?”

it's a good read it does need edit updates for some Grammer errors but the storyline was good. I would like to see a spin off with Bata and Courtney and even a spin off with the twins that would be really cool

My Billionaire Ex Desperate To Win Me Back

My Billionaire Ex Desperate To Win Me Back

exactly what they came for. **** The evening sun set behind the horizon, bathing the resort in a gentle glow as Cassia and her friends got ready for the masquerade ball Quinn had insisted they attend. The excitement was evident as they picked out their masks. Cassia’s mask was elegant, black with gold accents, shaped like delicate wings that framed her face. It perfectly matched her flowing dark dress, giving her a mysterious yet stunning look. Kiara’s mask was bold and vibrant, decorated in red with feathers, while Quinn went for something simple but sparkling, lined with silver beads.

Yeah he is hee boyfriend and all but Cassia should have known from the moment the dude didn't invite her for his birthday party that it was a huge red flag. She shouldn't have bothered coming, it would have at least saved her the embarrassment.
