"Of course, Chloe, but we both know you are here for something else." She smirked. "Oh, my sweet sister. I knew only you could understand me." I just stood there and didn't say anything. "Did you meet your mate?" she asked suddenly. My eyes widened in surprise. Did she know her fiancé was my mate? I hoped not, because if that happened she could kill me and I probably couldn't save myself. She was a beta female and a great fighter. But as soon as I step into the sitting room, the first person I set my eyes on is Matt. Matt—my late sister's fiancé.

It was hard to believe that my sister had gone from a rogue surviving in the woods to being mated to the Beta of the pack. "Auntie Iry, who’s that? And why does she look like you?"
