Running

Running

I yelled, turning visible again at the edge of the stairs. I wobbled for a moment at the amount of magic that fell on me as Sam dropped to his knees. I felt the pack link form an instant later. {All children and those that can't or don't fight, get to the safe room now! Teenagers, help and protect them.} I commanded in the link. Families, kids and elderly wolves all took off running with a group of high school aged wolves around them. Then I turned to face Sam and Jake with a vicious smile.

I am super excited to read more. I wanna learn about the special powers Willow has and find out whom she chooses in the long run. There's definitely a love/hate relationship between her and Dean. I feel bad for him but at the same time, I really like Lee. Hurry up with the new chapters already!!

This was a fantastic story! Well written, flowed well, and loved the different POVs. Definitely had some twists and turns throughout with a few sad moments, but also had some beautiful, loving moments as well. Also happy with the epilogue & how it tied everything together. Nicely done author! 😊

"...Hide-and-seek in the maze is a training course that ends when you find a book to fill the only bookshelf that is now hidden in the pool. You will need to read and understand them to pass the theory exam. The swimming pool underneath us is 50 meters wide by 100 meters long and has a fully furnished mechanism to move the steel frame around the pool to form a 2-layer underwater maze, 3 meters deep each. There is a night vision camera attached to every corner in case of an emergency. From now on, when you turn on the flashlight, it will signal the technician in the control room to open the way for you to descend into the maze, which will automatically close after you get in the water. Reckless Renegades Speed's Story

Reckless Renegades Speed's Story

I’m impressed. “ Let’s time it.” I read Speed saying. Ratchet presses a few keys and a stopwatch pops up in the corner of the screen. I see his finger hover over a button as he watches the track. When Speed is directly in front of us Ratchet hits the button and Speed takes off like a rocket. I swear she is back in front of us before I can blink. I look over at the stopwatch and see it has stopped at one hundred and twenty-five seconds. Ratchet types “ That is at one hundred and twenty miles per hour.” Holy fuck she is going that fast already. I see Ratchet reset the stopwatch. “ Speed’s words come across the screen “ Let’s see if we can do better.” Do better is she fucking kidding right now?

...... Never read a book well written like this before. Full of emotions, and surprises. The cliffhangers are just............ I don't know what to say aside from the fact that it's soooooo good! I'm happy I had seen this in the most popular stories section. Hope it will be on the front page next......

After all, jumping from window to window would be a lot faster than going down and up a flight of stairs. There were two games that Zen knew were good options to train his running skills. The first was a straightforward reflex runner game called Maze Runner. He had to collect speed boosts in the game to complete the maze level and avoid running into walls as he ran. The second game was a personal favourite. It was an obstacle running competition against an artificial intelligence opponent. While the game did not have many in-game elements, the controls and special animation effects were what made the game so thrilling. It was called Street Sprinter.

Trapped In My Husband’s Golden Cage

Trapped In My Husband’s Golden Cage

"Can you actually run, or are you going to be a problem?” "I can run." "You are already limping." "I said I can run." He turned left. I ran. The maze was three floors, connected by stairwells that were not marked on any visible map, so you either found them by moving or you died waiting. The walls were concrete panels on slow hydraulic tracks, moving inward at a rate that was almost imperceptible until suddenly it was not. A corridor that was eight feet wide became six feet, then four, and if you were still in it at two feet, the sensors registered you as eliminated, and the panels completed the job.

The Alpha's Secret Heir: The Ward's Revenge

The Alpha's Secret Heir: The Ward's Revenge

Every minute we spent in this house, the risk of a slip-up grew. I looked down at the workbooks. *Grade K Math. Phonics Level 1.* These were the tools of a normal life. A life where success was measured by gold stars and learning to tie your shoes, not by how fast you could run or how hard you could bite. I needed to keep him in this mindset. I needed him to stay "Sarah Miller’s" son.

Chase Run

Chase Run

She was running and running along the path laid out not knowing where she was going. Eloisa ran all the way to the hospital from the pub, which was almost on the other end of the village. As soon as she heard the news, she closed the pub and ran all the way to the hospital. When she reached her mother's room, she saw her sleep and nurse fixing her saline tube. Eloisa entered the room and the nurse looked up at her. The room smelt so stale and filled with medicinal smell that it made her almost choke. She had never really liked hospitals anyway. She came to the hospital only three times including today. Not once she felt comfortable here. Hospitals always smell of stale and death to her. The

HIDDEN TEARS - "HIS QUEEN"

HIDDEN TEARS - "HIS QUEEN"

Maze smiled awkwardly and anticipated a chance to scold him for choosing such an expensive kind of place to come. As soon as she stepped in the shimmering crystal chandelier dazzled her eyes. She shoved her eyes around, the interior almost left her astonished. The velvety carpet under her feet was so fluffy and rich. She was so busy praising her surrounding that she left behind. She tapped her head as she realized she was lagged behind. She rushed to match his pace. Ryan chuckled seeing Maze gasping for breath next to him,"Did you take part in the marathon? Why are you panting so much?"

Frequently Asked Questions

The 'Maze Runner' series by James Dashner is one of those YA gems that hooks you from the first page. I'd say it's perfect for readers around 12 and up, but even adults can enjoy the adrenaline-packed plot. The language isn't overly complex, but Dashner does a great job building tension and a mysterious world that keeps you flipping pages. The vocabulary is accessible, though some sci-fi terms like 'Grievers' or 'Gladers' might need a bit of context for younger readers.

What I love about it is how the pacing feels like a sprint—literally, with all those maze runs! The dialogue is snappy, and the short chapters make it easy to binge. It’s got a Lexile measure around 770L, which puts it in the middle-grade to early teen range, but the themes of survival and betrayal give it enough depth to resonate with older audiences too. My niece devoured it at 11, but I know some 9th graders who still quote Thomas’s 'WICKED is good' line.
