I took my phone and played a music. Before I knew, I started to feel sleepy. I kept the book and my phone and laid properly on the bed. "It tickles, Ronan." "Hmmm...yeah. I want more." Blue For the first time in my life, I don't dream. My sleep is so peaceful that I wonder if I'm asleep at all. I feel so comfy and warm that I snuggle deeper into the soft bed and sigh happily. I feel so energized and happy, basically giddy. After ten minutes of lying on my bed, replaying every smile and laugh, I get up. I feel restless. I'm so happy. I decide working out will be a good sleep aid.
