Claimed By My Alpha Bully

Claimed By My Alpha Bully

Meagia sat alone in her dimly lit room, a book spread open in her lap but her attention drifting elsewhere while thinking of an escape. A faint unease prickled at the back of her neck, a sensation that something was about to shift. She glanced around, her hazel eyes flicking from one corner to another, searching for a source to her restlessness. As if on cue, a creak echoed through the room, the sound of the door slowly inching open. Meagia's heart skipped a beat, her senses on high alert. Her gaze locked onto the doorway, waiting with a mixture of anticipation and apprehension.

I enjoy how the author portrays the female lead with a different persona. In werewolf novels, the female lead is typically innocent and powerless, but the author opted to create an unconventional FL character, someone bold and fearless. It's absolutely adorable!

Intriguing, I have read lots of wolf stories abd none has gotten my attention like this book has. It is funny and captivating, especially the "tasteless strawberry line in the book." I will keep reading, I recommend to everyone looking for something different ...

House of Horrors Part 1

House of Horrors Part 1

Everything now seemed a trap, a sinister game orchestrated by unseen hands. With every heartbeat, she thought she heard ghostly footsteps approaching her walls. She clutched the blanket to her chest like a child clutching a comforting toy, but the terror was greater than any blanket, thicker than any wall. Her eyes leaped to the table, where the book still lay. Its dark cover glinted faintly under a sliver of moonlight, as if it were watching her, as if its earlier fall had been a message, not an accident.

A Queen Among Snakes

A Queen Among Snakes

One minute I’m managing to be neck and neck in a fight with Amelia – both of us partially shifted – the next my knees are giving out and I’m shifting back as DEFCON one level fear hits me like an avalanche. This isn’t like anything I’ve felt from Mei before, this isn’t like her normal panic attacks or even what I felt in the woods that night. This is terror in its purest form and it’s hitting her like a tsunami. “Chris, are you alright? What happened?” Amelia asks in a worried voice, kneeling beside me.

I absolutely loved this book. It was such a welcome change to have a timid and sweet main character. The writing is so great, and had me in tears multiple times. my heart broke and soared along with the story. I would highly recommend this book!

i thought book 2 couldn't possibly live up to book 1 but i am so happy to be wrong. this just moved the entire series forward and was even better than the first. i think i'm a huge Mei stan now and am so excited to start the next book. i rarely cry at books, but this one got me several times.

Ascend or Be Consumed

Ascend or Be Consumed

I wasn’t sure if it was real, or another memory the miasma was forcing me to see. My heart hammered hard as I stepped closer. Something shifted at the base of the trunk. A small, old, weathered brown book was partially buried in the ground. It was the same journal Maureen had written in during the visions shown by the miasma. This was the blood-soaked journal she kept in her final days in the Void. My fingers trembled as I reached for it and the leaves above me rustled. A low growl rattled the air. I barely lifted my head before a towering magical beast lunged from behind the tree, its maw open wide, teeth glistening with black venom and everything erupted into chaos.

Was He Always Like This……?

Was He Always Like This……?

As though the memory hurt him too. 💔 “A future that must never happen.” 🌙 Aaira stepped forward. “Tell us what’s happening!” “Who are you?” For the first time, fear appeared in Aariz’s eyes. Real fear. 😱 “I’m running out of time.” 💀 Before anyone could respond— A loud bang echoed through the room. 💥 Every bookshelf fell silent. The shaking stopped. The air became heavy. 🌑 Something had entered the room. Something ancient. Something that didn’t belong.

The Butcher's Bride

The Butcher's Bride

my eyes were violet stars burning in the darkness. ‎ ‎I looked down at myself. I felt the power thrumming through my muscles, infinite and terrifying. ‎ ‎I looked at the corner where Kaelen’s body lay. ‎ ‎He was still still. ‎ ‎A low growl built in my chest. A vibration that shook the dust from the ceiling. ‎ ‎I turned my massive head toward Magnus and Julius. ‎ ‎They were huddled on the floor, staring up at me in abject terror. ‎ ‎Julius had wanted a monster.

My Second Chance Mate is a Barbarian

My Second Chance Mate is a Barbarian

Sera I looked at the heavy oak door. I looked at the dark corners of the large room. The fire in the hearth was slowly dying down, casting long, erratic shadows across the stone walls. The immediate, suffocating fear clawed its way straight up my throat. If Mina left, I would be completely alone. If I was alone, I would have to close my eyes. And if I closed my eyes, the adrenaline would finally completely fade, and the reality of the murder would drag me under. I would see Kael standing in the shadows, his head tilted at that horrific, unnatural angle. I would hear him drowning in his own blood.

1001 Dark Tales

1001 Dark Tales

Nothing happened, though, and relief instantly filled me. Every other time as soon as ink had gotten onto the page, I would be transported into the book. However, this time nothing happened, which might be because I hadn’t used the quill since the ink just spilled. No longer frozen, I recalled the knock on the door and rose from my desk. I was about to take a step when suddenly my living room dissolved into inky blackness. An inky blackness that had only been in a couple of times when the three musketeers of assholes paused my story. Which means I was in my book, 1001 Dark Tales. I instantly started praying that for once those three weren’t in the books with me. In the next second, I realize

The Wolfless Omega & The Alpha King

The Wolfless Omega & The Alpha King

And somewhere beyond the fractured sky something was coming. The crack overhead continued spreading. Slowly. Relentlessly. Silver light poured through it like liquid starlight. The sight should have been beautiful. Instead, it filled me with dread. Because the connection wasn't reacting with curiosity. It was reacting with terror. Pure. Ancient. Primal terror. The same terror I had felt in the First Anchor's memories. The same terror that had haunted every vision since the beginning. Whatever was approaching the connection knew it. And feared it. Deeply.

The Howl of Blood and Fire

The Howl of Blood and Fire

Mommy and Daddy were dead. Cobra might be dead. Tyron might be dead. I was tired. So tired of running. Maybe if I died, I would see them again. That thought made me feel sad but happy. I opened my mouth and swallowed the liquid on purpose. It burned down my throat like hot pepper. My eyes watered. My chest felt tight. The world started moving strangely. The trees leaned sideways. The red glow stretched into a long line. The men’s voices sounded far away, like they were underwater.
