Melissa stood near the stage, dressed in ivory soft color, ruthless posture. She looked… radiant. Not cold. Alive. Jaden’s chest tightened. Tyrone noticed him too and smirked. “Still circling,” he muttered. The host began speaking. “Today marks a historic alignment" Melissa stepped forward. The microphone picked up her heels first. Click. Click. The room shifted. Tyrone’s smile faltered for half a second. “I’ll take it from here,” Melissa said smoothly. With a trembling voice, she addressed Tony, her eyes locked onto Jada's, a fire of resentment burning within her. Turning away from Jada, Tony Aniston regarded Melissa with a cool detachment, his expression unreadable. He did not respond immediately, which only fueled Melissa's growing frustration.

When Oneil left, Melissa’s sweet smile turned into a disheartened frown. “That’s how busy my cousin is,” Gwyneth explained. As Melissa stepped out of the hotel, her heart raced with a mix of excitement and nervousness. Without wasting a moment, she dialed Zara Watson, her supervisor at BuzzFeed.
