Hank says, studying the orb. Suddenly, the door slams shut behind us, and the orb starts to pulse even brighter. The shelves around us start to shake, books falling off and crashing to the ground. "What's going on?" I shout, feeling fear creeping up inside me. "The orb," Elena says, her voice shaking. "It's doing something." We watch in horror as the orb rises into the air, the blue light now so bright that it's almost blinding. The shelves around us start to spin, faster and faster, until I can't even see the individual artifacts anymore.

" Chloe asked. Looking deep into my eyes. A memory in my mind came, an image from the day of my father's funeral. I did see something. But I thought it was only my imagination. I did see a light,an orb,there were two. But it they flew away so quickly. "She was there I saw the orb!" I said. "Exactly!" Said Ben. Monea walked closer to the glass door, she tilted her head to the left then to the right looking at both Chloe and me. "Who are you?" Monea asked. Chloe touched the glass door with her left hand,then with her left she touched her forehead then shut her eyes tight and began to hum.

The old man amazed “Astonishing. Simply astonishing.” All of a sudden I see this horrid man holding one of those orbs. The same orb that terrified me when I first got here. Where did it even come from? He tosses it up in the air and it begins to come to life slowly making it’s way towards me with lights beaming out of it.

The air is cool and clean, with a faint scent of ozone that makes me feel like I'm breathing in the future. As I look around, I notice a series of strange, glowing orbs that seem to be embedded in the walls. They pulse with a soft, blue light that's both soothing and unnerving. I have no idea what they are or what they do, but they seem to be watching me, which makes me feel more than a little uneasy. I try to stand up, but my head spins and I feel a wave of dizziness wash over me. I stumble back onto the pod, gasping for breath. What's going on? Where am I? And what is this place?

Far enough in that it was hidden but out enough that someone would have stepped in it. We kept walking as she occasionally stopped us for other traps but nothing too extreme. It almost felt like they weren’t really trying, even. They weren’t hidden well, and it just seemed too easy. As we made it to the tenth one, mom set it off and a purple light appeared above us. The orb bounced a few times before shooting right at me. I was able to flinch back just in time for it to stop directly in front of my eyes. Two deep chocolate eyes appeared from within the orb. She was studying my face. I knew it was Astra instantly, but I did not know to do about it.

Natasha and Dave weaved their way through the enchanting labyrinth, their reflections multiplying and distorting with every turn. Amidst the mirrors, they came across a large, circular installation that stood at the center of the room. It consisted of suspended glass orbs, each containing a tiny, intricately painted scene. Natasha and Dave found themselves mesmerized by the miniature worlds, peering into each orb as if glimpsing into a hidden universe. Dave leaned closer to examine one of the orbs. "These miniatures are like portals to different realities. It's amazing how such intricate details can be captured within such a small space."

** ORCH The world comes back to me in pieces. First, I have the sensation of something warm and wet running down the middle of my face, crawling along the side of my nose. Then I notice a strange musical hum unlike anything I've heard before. And strangest of all, the nice, nostalgic feeling of gently rocking back and forth. In my semiconsciousness, an image comes to mind of being small again, riding the swings in the dirty little playground in the orphanage's cramped courtyard.

She asked, running her hands through his wet hair with was now in lose curls. She sometimes wished he would let the curls be instead of straightening them out like he always does. " I know that they insert things inside my body," he said before he got up and brought a small jar that contained small, slithery things inside. But what surprised her was that the jar wasn't ordinary looking. It looked blue and it glowed on its own.

The orb pulsed violently, and the entire citadel trembled. Edward grabbed my shoulders. “If you do this, you might not come back.” “I know.” He shook his head fiercely. “Then don’t—” But I was already moving. I reached for the orb. The instant my fingers touched it, the world ignited. Light swallowed everything. My heart beat once—twice—and then the bridge screamed through me, tearing every boundary apart. I saw all the worlds at once—the living, the void, the shadows, the light. Every soul that ever existed flickered through my mind like sparks in a storm.

They were being pulled from my mind like threads from a tapestry. "Remember," I whispered to Lina, pouring every fading memory, every shred of love into the words. "Remember the sun. Remember your father's laugh. Remember…" The hangar bay dissolved around us into a grey static. The eraser reached for us. And then, the world turned inside out. A light, not golden, not white, but the colour of raw creation, erupted from the heart of the Ouroboros. The temporal drive, awakened by Jeff's desperate command, engaged not with a roar, but with a silent, fundamental shift.
