Elora woke to the sensation of falling—not the rush of air or the scream of wind, but the slow, dreadful certainty that the ground itself had simply decided to stop existing beneath her feet. Instinct took over before thought could catch up; she reached out, fingers clawing for something solid, but her hands closed around nothing at all. The world around her was neither dark nor light, but a shifting haze of half-formed memory, colors bleeding into one another like wet ink on parchment, impossible to grasp and impossible to escape.

Taking a deep breath, she stepped closer to the pedestal. As her fingers touched the cool surface of the orb, a surge of energy coursed through her. Her vision blurred, and the world around her dissolved into a swirl of colors and memories. Clara found herself standing in a lush meadow, the sun shining brightly overhead. Laughter echoed around her, and she turned to see two children running through the grass—a boy and a girl, their faces radiant with joy. Her heart swelled as she realized they were her children, though they appeared older than they should have been.

Preserved them. And through those memories, it accumulated power beyond imagination. Every world it remembered became part of it. Every life. Every story. Every loss. The Heart's glow flickered. As though pieces of an ancient realization were returning. Then suddenly the child froze. A look of horror spread across their face. "No." The whisper escaped involuntarily. Orion turned immediately. "What?" The Heart stared at the doors. At the shadow. At the presence waiting beyond. The child's silver eyes widened.

But today, something felt a little bit off. A strange pull. A crackling tension in the air. Her skin tingled, not from the orb’s warmth, but from something darker sliding under her awareness. Suddenly, her eyes snapped open. The orb’s color was shifting—blotches of shadow bleeding into its light. It trembled against the floor, its harmony disrupted. “What is this?” she murmured, pressing her hand to its surface. A jolt of pain shot up her arm. She gasped and yanked back. Her vision blurred. The world around her flickered. In a flash, she saw herself standing alone on a battlefield, the orb cracked and drained in her hands, and shadows closing in from all sides.

Hank says, studying the orb. Suddenly, the door slams shut behind us, and the orb starts to pulse even brighter. The shelves around us start to shake, books falling off and crashing to the ground. "What's going on?" I shout, feeling fear creeping up inside me. "The orb," Elena says, her voice shaking. "It's doing something." We watch in horror as the orb rises into the air, the blue light now so bright that it's almost blinding. The shelves around us start to spin, faster and faster, until I can't even see the individual artifacts anymore.

He muttered and then he abruptly got up when he saw Stella and Nora rolling another huge snowball for the snowman’s head. “Ace?” I questioned him as I followed his movements. He was searching the garden for a few moments before he got down and picked up a leather bag. “This will do.” He says as soon as he peeked inside at the mysterious item in the bag. “What is it?” I asked as I took a glance inside the bag. It was a black orb with a strange dark mist inside of it. “What the hell is that?” “It’s the orb that brought your sister here. And my guess is that it is also responsible for the loss of your sister’s memories.”

" Chloe asked. Looking deep into my eyes. A memory in my mind came, an image from the day of my father's funeral. I did see something. But I thought it was only my imagination. I did see a light,an orb,there were two. But it they flew away so quickly. "She was there I saw the orb!" I said. "Exactly!" Said Ben. Monea walked closer to the glass door, she tilted her head to the left then to the right looking at both Chloe and me. "Who are you?" Monea asked. Chloe touched the glass door with her left hand,then with her left she touched her forehead then shut her eyes tight and began to hum.

***** Back on Earth - Deep inside the pit where the kids were trapped . They were staring spell bound. They were staring directly at a brilliant source of light, suspended mid air. A light so bright it would be impossible for a naked human eye to even stare at that. All of them stood around that floating orb as if hypnotised. So lost and mesmerised that none of them noticed George was standing along with them. Braze silently morphed back into a human as his eyes remained fixated to the front. Suddenly the light surrounding the orb, turned crimson and a whirlpool swept around them.

The old man amazed “Astonishing. Simply astonishing.” All of a sudden I see this horrid man holding one of those orbs. The same orb that terrified me when I first got here. Where did it even come from? He tosses it up in the air and it begins to come to life slowly making it’s way towards me with lights beaming out of it.

The air is cool and clean, with a faint scent of ozone that makes me feel like I'm breathing in the future. As I look around, I notice a series of strange, glowing orbs that seem to be embedded in the walls. They pulse with a soft, blue light that's both soothing and unnerving. I have no idea what they are or what they do, but they seem to be watching me, which makes me feel more than a little uneasy. I try to stand up, but my head spins and I feel a wave of dizziness wash over me. I stumble back onto the pod, gasping for breath. What's going on? Where am I? And what is this place?
