Luna of the Menae

Luna of the Menae

Mercy pulls her hand away and grabs Leticia’s wrist, yanking her forward. Her teeth and claws fully extend. Leticia tries to move back, but Mercy has a firm grip, piercing her claws into Leticia’s skin. Mercy is a Beta female. Her features are larger and more pronounced than unranked wolves. She’s also stronger than most females. She can also be cocky. Her attitude sometimes puts her in ‘bite off more than you can chew’ positions.

I am so glad we get for of Kas and Bronx and all their friends. The storytelling is exciting and the characters are complex and evolving. There is quite a cast of characters but the author does an amazing job of introducing them and only including necessary information so that you are not confused.

What a cliffhanger. You are an amazing writer. The series would make a highly rated movie. I would love it, only if they would let Neener Beener write the script. Others commented on the research and it's amazing. Does anyone know if this series is available in paperback? I need to buy 6 books.......

They didn’t just erase his bloodline. They removed every reason for him to stop. “What remains,” Alpha asked quietly. The system answered at once. [REMAINING ASSETS:] — Memory of betrayal — Hybrid Core (Dormant) — Bloodline Echo (Residual) — Capacity for Infinite Growth A final line appeared. Smaller. Colder. [NOTE:] Mercy was categorized as a learned behavior. That data has degraded. Alpha stood. His eyes no longer glowed with wolf or vampire light—but with something deeper. Older. Quieter.

The Hidden Luna

The Hidden Luna

A place this chamber had been trying to erase since the first theft. Mercy lived there. Not softness. Not pardon. Not the weak, sentimental thing cruel people always accuse mercy of being so they can feel noble while choosing violence. This was fiercer than that. A living refusal to reduce another soul to function. A discipline of remembering that power was not love, that fear was not foresight, that protection without witness curdled into control. The far end of the bond was not a creature waiting to receive the black heart. It was the shape of what had been stolen from the first design and somehow survived anyway between Ty and me.

HE IS LUCIFER

HE IS LUCIFER

“Nope you got it all wrong, I am not angry, my time is too precious to waste on being angry at all of you but you all need to learn that each action has its consequences and if I help you now then you will never learn. You will keep thinking that it is okay to use people like this but I am not one of them, my warriors and I have no business fighting by your side.” Mercy heard what was being said when she was coming to check on the situation, she feared that her friend Lucia will be in danger and the people she loved. If the king was here then that means he too could not help with the rogue attacks and if they teamed up with vampires then that meant that things have gone from bad to worse. It

I am on chapter 21, so far it’s a good story and I plan on reading the entire book. But I have to mention the amount of grammar and spelling (mostly the spelling) errors detract from the storyline. Sometimes you have to reread something so it makes sense. Overall good though.

In front of them, the doors opened. And Zara’s burner buzzed. New text. No number. One line. `Mercy General: Dean’s office. 9 AM. Bring representation. Or don’t bother coming.`

Rejected for Her Curves, Claimed by the Blood Alpha

Rejected for Her Curves, Claimed by the Blood Alpha

He wasn't looking at the horizon; he was looking at the True Matriarch—the woman who had first decided that a Blood-Alpha was nothing more than a Battery for her Bloodline. "Is this the Mercy of the Moon, Mother?" Eryx growled, his voice a low-frequency vibration of Lament-Steel agony. "To turn our children into the very threads that choke us?" "Mother, the floor... it’s reading as Maternal Foreclosure!" Leo’s voice rang out, his indigo runes turning a terrifying, ceremonial gold as he flickered at the edge of the void. My son was kneeling at the base of the silk, his body transparent, his hands moving through the thorns as if he were trying to unpick a lock made of ancestral memories. "The

The Consuming Heart

The Consuming Heart

“Yeah. Me too. One joy is that I’m able to kill myself, and I can stay so until some fool thinks it best not to forgive. And you know these beings are bound by one blood. Different types they may be, but one being made them. Me, see as powerful as I am, yet, I follow the rules. You should too, Susan. Learn to control yourself. Learn to subject your rage, and lust, and your powers would truly serve you. We, after all, are servants to different beings. Mine, I’m certain she may soon be seeking me. I know her call, and she would call when she senses I’ve been gone for long.” Susan nodded. “It is an honour to be in the presence of a master. Truly, I am humbled.” Mercy smiled. “Wait, till you see

At The Mercy of Mr Alexander

At The Mercy of Mr Alexander

I spotted the couple still seated in the waiting room as we walked past the waiting room. I couldn't help but think about the contrast of their situation to that of Amelia's. They were praying for their child's life and she was grappling with the loss of hers. Life has never been fair to anyone. I felt a surge of anger course through me knowing I had billions of dollars but couldn't do a single thing to spare Amelia the pain she was going through. Dean was parked at the entrance of the hospital. Once outside, Amelia stood up and I held the car door for her.

Frequently Asked Questions

I often hear about collaborations between publishers and libraries, especially those with a focus on accessibility and outreach like mercy libraries. One notable example is Penguin Random House, which frequently partners with libraries to promote literacy programs and provide discounted or donated books. They have a long-standing commitment to making literature accessible, and their initiatives often include mercy libraries serving underserved communities. Their 'Open Book' program, for instance, aims to diversify library collections and support readers of all backgrounds.

Another key player is HarperCollins, known for its strong relationships with libraries. They offer special licensing agreements that allow mercy libraries to lend e-books and audiobooks more affordably. This is crucial for libraries with limited budgets, as it ensures patrons have access to the latest titles. HarperCollins also runs author events and reading campaigns in collaboration with libraries, fostering a love of reading in communities that might otherwise lack such opportunities.

Hachette Book Group is also worth mentioning. They actively work with mercy libraries through their 'Hachette Heroes' program, which donates books to libraries in need and supports literacy initiatives. Their focus extends to marginalized groups, ensuring diverse voices are represented in library collections. Additionally, Hachette often provides advanced reader copies to library staff, helping them curate collections that resonate with their patrons.

Smaller publishers like Chronicle Books and Graywolf Press also contribute significantly. Chronicle Books, for example, partners with mercy libraries to host creative workshops and art-based literacy programs, while Graywolf Press focuses on bringing literary fiction and poetry to underserved areas. These collaborations highlight the publishing industry's broader effort to support libraries as vital community resources.

The American Library Association (ALA) often facilitates these partnerships, acting as a bridge between publishers and mercy libraries. Programs like 'ALA’s Libraries Transform' campaign bring together publishers and libraries to advocate for funding and raise awareness about the importance of accessible literature. These collaborations ensure mercy libraries can continue to serve as lifelines for their communities, offering free access to knowledge and storytelling.
